Seitokai Yakuindomo, or Student Council Members in English. One of the funniest anime of all time, in my opinion, ranking up there with Asobi Asobase and Chio’s School Road for bent humor, although Seitokai leans heavier towards dirty jokes and double entendres and innuendo than the others. Definitely ecchi, despite the lack of blatant visual fan service.
Suzu is probably the better pairing, personality-wise, but they would always have the problem of people thinking he was walking his little sister to the store or something.
