  • A video intro for my current body transformation as it happens. Many might know that I am a film actor which has pulled me away from games for a bit. However I want to show something that many gamers might like. How I lose the fat, build musicle, and transform my body over a short period of time.

    Hi DTG, I was wondering if the results would be similar for a female and if it would be the same time frame with our body fat differences (namely that women should carry a bit more fat than men)

      Yes and no. The fat loss would not be as quick only because men use a larger daily calorie burn which includes the fat calories, but it is also based on size. A 300lb woman will lose way more fat daily than a 200lb man. So it varies based on body size, composition and misc factors. Great question though! A buff woman with a lot of muscile could outdo men in that department, but you also have to let your body get used to it. Someone that teachers their body how to burn fat for fuel over time will be able to burn more fat as well and confinue to perform normal daily life. Someone new to it needs to start slow, stay motivated and push through new goals each attempt.

      Start slow, listen to your body and how you feel. I will go into the electrolyte mix on the day 3 video. However I would start with Intermittent fasting. Maybe an 18/6 or even a 19/5. See how you feel. After a week of that maybe try to throw in a 12 hour, then if you do well there, do a 24. Never try to fast multiple days until you can tackle one.
