My wife just bought me an Opinel similar to the Turkish harvester. After you throw it on a puck sharpening stone, it works pretty damn well for a cheapo substitute
Based on my research I think those knives evolved out of this design. I was actually looking for a folding hook knife (many exist) with serrations (none exist) when a listener told me about this tool.

I like using a kuhkri for similar uses. They are bigger and don’t fold up but they usually comes with a nice leather belt sheath
Kuhkris are good tools, they are not similar to this too in any real way other than the blade is curved.
