The only upgrades include an intercooler, custom intake, BIG Garrett G35 1050 turbo, Airtec low-pressure fuel pump and an ORT Motorsport high-pressure fuel pump.
As you can imagine things get a little 🔥🔥 under the hood of this Audi B9 S4 so everything hot side has been wrapped to dissipate as much heat as possible. 🥵

Did you ever have to do the camshaft-Rocker Arms on this as a service or they ever failed in the 100k timeframe.
Im also guessing you put a massive turbo on it to prevent having too much early lowdown torque while still on stockblock ?

insane, debating on builing my 10th gen sport civic, or my b9 s4. 80 USD a month for insurance on my civic, compared to the 520 a month for the audi... i think its a no brainer

Why the catalyst has not been removed? What is the point of such an expensive build without the cat being removed? It is an unnecessary stress of the turbo with tons of back pressure.. The potenial is way bigger imo.. Where is the logic?

Someone tested the power and torque with a catalytic converter vs without and surprisingly the car made less power and torque when the cat was removed. The turbo needs some back to ensure proficiency

That was comparing a high flow cat not the stock cat, and the engine being tuned for it. Compared to just swapping in a test pipe into the same car
