Thanks for the explanation, I’m a rookie in Sand blasting and I’d like to suggest you to make a video explaining the positions and of a Blasting man

Hi, any estimation for budget for this setup?

Why not attach the air line to supply the breathing air unit (GX4) into the outlet of the air prep / aftercooler / air dryer unit? The air coming out of the air prep unit would be cool, clean, and dry versus the air coming out of the compressor being hot, wet, and possibly oily.

Weld.. you are technically correct, often we do hook up the Radex filter to the AirPrep, as this will remove oils and moisture particles, however it is common practice in the USA, where Deliquescent dryers are used, that operators complain that the air is too dry for breathing, drying out their sinus passages. The GX4 you refer to is the CO monitor, and this is attached to the Radex breathing air filter. This filter has a 7 stage cartridge which will remove all the nasties from the air, so I don't think you will have any issues getting false readings. The Blast Helmet uses a C40 climate conditioner, so that will cool the air for the operator as well.

This set-up looks to be about $9000. or more to get started. I must need to reword my search. "Beginner" didn't work. One minute and ten seconds is all I watched.

Damn this makes my setup (provided by my employer) look like a ghetto nightmare.
