진짜 처음에 당첨된 것만해도 하늘을 날것만 같이 너무너무 기뻤고, 이미 한 번 다른 곳에 의뢰를 맡겨본 적도 있었기 때문에 베티버님을 완전 신뢰하면서도 한편으로는 기대감이 크면 실망도 크다는 생각에 처음 컨디션에 반에 반만 돌아와도 너무너무 감사하고 기쁠 것 같았습니다. 그런데 제가 첫 월급으로 직접 구매를 했을때와 같은 새 것 같은 모습으로 되돌려주시니 진짜 정말 너무 감사드립니다..ㅠㅠ😂

why to take off and replace the bottom? it's dr martens and the material for the bottom is steady and in good condition
plus "shoe glue" is just contact cement and it doesn't work on rubber, are this just for show? im starting to get the feel of it

why repair doc martens at all? They are notoriously for being poorly made and poor materials.

In my opinion one airbrush layer is one too many. What's wrong with Saphir Pate de Luxe? I did the same to shoes of mine (aceton, dye, nourishing cream, pate de luxe, shine) and the result looks way better.

Initially, before placing all the other products, I would agree with you. However, the final product looks perfect and lacks the plasticity effect your talking about. Since the final look is what's most important, I think VeTiVeR did a great job!
Very simple maintenance job on Dr. Martens shoes.
Saddle soap is a literal soap that removes almost all of the oils and waxes that are already on the shoe. It lathers with water and is meant to be rinsed off the shoe and then it must be left to dry. I've seen some of your videos where you dye leather and your technique works very well on white sneakers, but on natural looking leather colours I believe that sheer translucent pigments would look more realistic rather than sprayed on. All that aside, your videos are very relaxing and satisfying so thanks for your effort!

Работа хорошая, но мне не понравилось. Слишком много краски, которая смотрится немного неуместно. Проблема в том, что после покраски, нет того ощущения что это кожа, выглядит как кусок дешёвого спилка. Возможно это из-за слоёв или из-за того что краска используется на акриловой основе и толком не впитывается в кожу, а без этого нам не видно той самой прекрасной текстуры кожи.
Да, обычно красят кремами, делают патинаж, а здесь выглядит не очень приятно
соглы, до реставрации приятней выглядело, а то он и покрасил и при этом складки все равно остались, ощущение в итоге как будто туфли с рынка поносили неделю

진짜 대박이네요 보고 깜놀 그런데 질문이 있는데요 새로 산 구두 혹시 기스를 덜 나게 크림이나 색을 조금 어둡게 하는 크림은 있나요? 기스가 많이 나는 브라운 색 구두인데 혹시 처음 신기 전부터 기스를 좀 덜 나게 하기위해 유튜브 보다가 여기까지 왔네요 그리고 색도 어둡게 하는 크림도 있다고 들어서 문의드립니다

It's understandable why the soles were replaced. They look quite worn to me. But the original color looks sooo much better that the new one. Painting onto the shoes made it look gross and I feel like it doesn't suit the shoe design.

A light dying rather than painting on so many layers followed up with polish would have been ideal. Then you’d still see the natural patina shine through.

In my view a good leather shampooing and reconditioning with cream would have done it. I do not see the need "to restore". Also, why replacing the sole? Sometimes the vintage and used look in shoe is better. Anyway, just a sincere opinion, good luck with future projects.
Serge Cas well the client commented he/she fully liked the way that vitiver fixed the shoes and what if that client told vitiver to replace the sole? No one knows abt conversation between them so just watch it 😉 even if that is ur own opinion (no offence)
A walnut color might be better. I'm not fan of a black highlight at the shoe toe.
That's how the shoe originally looks so the owner probably wanted it to look the same
It's the original design of the shoe, the owner probably asked him to make it as close to that as possible

I’ve seen the restoration of the brown leather Nikes and I will have to say the same thing I said then. Why paint a shoe covering the beautiful natural leather? Why not use a dye that would keep the natural texture of the leather? Leather is such a beautiful thing to look at and covering the natural patina is just not a nice look.

What kind of glue do you use for this resole?
Ty for another great video. You focus 99% of restoring on the outside of the shoe. Any tips for restoring inside to the original smell? All my deodorants either wear off or have a chemical smell. Also, best way to restore beige suede Janoski back to their original glorious color?

To get rid of the smell just wash them and dry them with a hairdryer on low heat. Then, after you wear them through the day, use shoe trees to absorb any sweat . If you don't have shoe trees, remove the insole and make sure to keep the shoes in a dry place

@@zoomfocuszoom No, don't throw them in the washing machine. It will ruin the leather, especially if it's suede. Just use some mild soap and a brush and try not to wet the outside of the shoe too much.

Обычно мне нравится его видео, но в этот раз он сделал максимально плохо. Зачем он спилил подошву, если она была можно считать в идеальном состоянии? Дальше, на фото цвет лоферов был не коричневый, а алый. Темболее покрасил так, чтобы смотрелось максимально убого, похоже на спилок, который покрыт ламинатом. Если бы я заказывал у него, то увидев, отказался бы платить
