I wish there were more reviews on these kinds of dead units. People spending $1000 just to be tracked, tagged, and bagged by big tech confuses and scares me. This is the kind of radio you need if you only care about sound quality and not running over people because you had to play Candy Crush while you drive.
2 questions for you: 1. Does the clock stay in sequence? I’ve been reading Amazon reviews and people are saying the clock stays at 12:00AM or jumps ahead 11 minutes. 2. Does the head unit have a built in mic for hands-free calling, or do you have to hook up that wired mic to the back?
I replaced the stock head unit on my 2015 Dodge Caravan with this unit and it's great except it feels like there is a HPF on the internal amp as I had more low bass output from the OEM head unit than the JVC. I have gone over all the menus twice. Any ideas what could be missing settings wise to produce more bass other than boosting the bass level and bass boost? Even with the OEM controls at 0 0 0 I still had more low end on the stock 6x9

I like your videos. To make them better you should measure the double din stereos. I'm buying a single din, because it is too much trouble returning double din stereos. The manufacturers fail to advertise the dimensions. They can't advertise what they are selling which is a joke. My stereo is 5-7/8 deep, 103mmx182mm cage. Crutchfield says a 6.1 inch deep stereo will fit in my 5-7/8 deep hole. I don't want it sticking out. Anyways, I feel sorry for anyone who can't use a tape measure.
I live the color options, but do you think this would be better than a boss touchscreen one? I like the price of this which is 180 on bestbuy and the other one is 250.

Maybe a silly question, but when you turn it off, is it enough to just click or do you have to hold the off switch to turn it off?

@mateo_von 1. Clock doesn't stay on track. I'd set mine then on the next startup it would be 3 hours ahead.

Check the red wire, you likely have an issue with the accessory.
