    Hurt my lower back a few months ago and after working out it doesn't hurt so much as it gets stiff now.. These stretches instantly made the stiffness go away. Thank you!

    I call these stretches 'my pain killer'. The stretches work better than all the pain relief meds and gels that I have been using on my back for over 4 years. I can now even walk longer distances. Back pain and discomfort reduced tremendously

    This video should appear higher in UA-cam's listings. These exercises look just like the ones on the instruction chart my back doctor gave me. The other videos on UA-cam, made by other people, seem to be mostly made-up moves.

    i did these exercises twice yesterday and my back had been in pain for the whole week. today i woke up without any pain at all! such good exercises!

    This video is a good summary of all the things physical therapists tried to teach me but I refused :) As for leaning over at desk, how about sitting on a big ball while working (or just sitting at a computer)

    Woahhh!!! I have lots of problems with back pain(I'm extremely long waisted with a very heavy chest) and today was especially bad, I felt like I couldn't move hardly at all. Part way through this video it was like I could breathe better suddenly, and now at the end of it my back feels better then I remember it feeling in a very long time. Now I'm going to go do the back exercises!!!

    Hi I am John from Singapore. Suffered L4-5 & S1 disc protusion recently. Happened to watch your video just now and tried some of the exercises. It really relieved my lower back soreness. Thanks so much for yr advice. I wanna lose weight too.I am Asian standing at 1.7m tall and weigh 100Kg. Please advice me on my diet and exercise which I can lose fat and yet not further damage my back. Thanks.

    I do insanity and feel crazy lower back pain. Now keep in mind Im not flexible but this help me feel better in just one session. You sir just got a new sub!!!

    So I've checked out just about every low back pain video out there and let me just save y'all some trouble and say this one's the best. He gets right to it instead of going into his entire medical history which is annoying as hell. He just says hello and boom, hops right to it. Also seems the most professional and they are great exercises. Almost instant relief.

    Coach KOzak thank you for this exercise routine it helped me greatly but could you suggest good sleeping posture and make a video showing the common causes of lower back pains and how to avoid them. I think that avoiding the causes of back pain is as important as treating the existing pain. I saw at the end of this video where you gave away 3 tips but if you do a separate video it would be greatly appreciated... thank you Coach

    Very nice video.I ussualy do Jillian M. workouts but I slipped in bathroom and I had big pain in my lower back.. still sometimes feel it. Her workout r not possible for me to do now, so I did urs just to streched that area and IT IS GREAT. I feel so better,thank u very much. Definitely suscribed.

    So, i have a chronic lombar muscular pain (left side of the spine) result of 4 years in the gym. I remember the sound of the injury, it was like a elastic snapping.
    The doctor told me, that i must exercise that area, he advised me swimming, although i'm better, the pain persists. Should i do this? The objective is to strength the muscle right?

      if the pain persists for such a long time i would advise going to a few physiotherapy sessions. A skilled professional is less likely to cause the injury to return. If the pain still persists after that i would ask your doctor to refer you for a CT or MRI scan to check for soft tissue damage
