Hi sir, My scan report Enlarged uterus size 10.42 × 6.89 cm. Then multiple hypo echoic area are seen in the anterior and posterior wall of the uterus size 3.37× 2.80cm, 3.08×2.71 cm, 3.27×2.60 cm 2.07×1.68cm.

Mean platelet volume can be elevated in several conditions.
It need not necessarily indicate malignancy if the MPV is high.
