    Today only I went hospital.. 4 months not come periods also... doctor said pcod...today only I saw ur videos mam..     Hi mam, i have facial hair, its growing when I was attend my age at 14yrs, until now its growing continuously but i didn't shave, wax even threading also, i want to reduce by natural way, my facial hair brings me worry always, my grandmother and my mom also have this facial hair so i think this is genetic problem so if i do yoga, exercise and start diet plan will it reduce mam?

    Ma'am I have irregular cycles but it was regular when I was going for yoga classes..I stopped since I had exams and it became irregular again.. the doctor asked me to take mephrate but I don't want to take tablets to get my periods... would PCOD completely go if I exercise regularly monitor my weight and follow your diet or is medication necessary?
