It looks very good as is, but if you record yourself running off the screen, speed it up and apply the effects to that it would look even better because your shape would change as you run, and you would have a frame or two where you are accelerating, instead of going from stop to full speed instantly. Great tutorial either way! Short and to the point.
I have a suggestion. If you've watched the Synder Cut, there's a part where Barry Allen breaks glass in slow motion. If you could make a tutorial on that, I'd appreciate it.

You get 5 downloads a day and about a third of their library (that doesn't sound like a lot but their library is HUGE). It cuts a silhouette of the background out 🤣The more I watch this it seems like you are skipping some steps. If you redo this video could you be more thorough cheers 😃 Time to look for new guide
So it picks the figure up with the magic mask. But I can't pick it up or move it tried to add a transform to both the Magic mask and then the ME. Neither works
