Yae only awkward against stationary boss enemy where there's no need for mobilities. Against moving enemies, and multi waves, her E's are convenient, as you can set up *as* you approach enemies with her dashes simultaneously - kill two birds with one stone, which saves times and stamina... Unless you're clueless using her dashes *after* you already approached them using regular sprint.
She doesn't even do anything asides from dealing damage unlike raiden who has off field application and battery for the whole team and yet her dmg is still pretty much just the same if not "slightly" better. All this just because they don't want anyone power creeping their baby girl Raiden B. Mei. The only time that probably happens is if it's the electro sovereign or a harbinger, because it seems that all harbingers get special treatment. This nerf is so anti-fun and unnecessary, because she wasn't even that crazy good in the first place. As a casual player who doesn't care about the meta, this is such a spit on the face. hoyo being hoyo just like always smh 🤦
The "baby girl Raiden Mei" wasnt really necessery but I got ur point. Even if they made better electro dps this would not change raiden position shes way more versatile but I doubt any remaining Harbinger will be electro
@@ArJay1688 their kits are indeed different, but they are still both damage dealers. Just because Raiden has support capabilities doesn't mean she isn't. The point here is as I've mentioned already that Clorinde doesn't even do anything asides from dealing damage heck she doesn't even have off field application and battery like Raiden, her elemental infusion cancels out when you swap to another character(unlike Keqing) and yet their damage are still pretty much on par with each other except Raiden has more utility which is quite frustrating. They just straight up nerfed her on field time even though she's an on field dps which is ridiculous. She's at the bottom of the pack along with Raiden and Childe for longest skill cd, but Raiden has hitlag and if played correctly Childe is pretty much fine in his rotations. Damage wise she's going to be fine, but looking at it from a fun perspective it's just so stupid that your favorite character has more uptime than on field, and as a casual player this nerf is so unnecessary. I guess Hoyo doesn't like seeing people have fun 🤦
The good thing about clorinde is that she can use TF but yeah... hoyo HATES the idea of raiden being outclassed at c0. I'm going c1r1 with TF and won't ever get raiden cons if I can avoid it
I'll have to disagree with how you said all harbingers get special treatment. Childe is only really good in one team and wanderer requires very high investment to compete with some of the other 5 stars... it really is only arlecchino and her team's damage isn't even that much higher than tao's in most cases.
I'm quite upset, I really wouldn't mind if her damage numbers were lowered. But making her uptime and rotations even more awkward??? Like please I wanted her because she looked fun to play :(
Clorinde wouldn’t power creep raiden either way since raiden is just way more versatile. Yes she could have had more dps than raiden tho that doesn’t really make her stronger as a character. But I think clorinde is currently underwhelming since does more than just dmg during her burst. Clorinde at the very least should be able to do more dps than raiden at least but hoyo just doesn’t like releasing strong electro dps’. I was hoping clorinde would get arlecchino treatment and be on par with the best dps’ but these nerfs just make me lose hope in electro dps’.
*puts conspiracy hat on* Raiden-like characters (design wise) are a staple in their games, the people at Hoyo clearly love that archetype. I wouldn't be surprised if they gutted Clorinde as a way to keep Raiden as the top Electro DPS.
I have highly invested Raiden, keqing and cyno. I totally don't need more electro units. The reason why I was gonna pull for clorinde is only because I love her pew pew dash pew pew dash gameplay. I couldn't care less about damage, so I prefarmed. And now the nerf the E duration. Why are they so hellbent on making it impossible to have fun in this game?!
I already pre farmed her materials was really looking forward to her, now I guess I am looking forward to trying out wuthering waves good job to the person who decided to unnecessarily nerf her fun!
@@This_Origami arlecchino got massive buffs in v2, v3 and v4, clorinde got a massive buff in v2 and then a random nerf in v3 and no changes in v4, we are basically back to v1 in terms of dps but v1 was better because you dont need TF and you can use her on overload in v1, now she is stuck in aggravate and TF set Edit : i found out that v4 clorinde does slightly less damage than v1, their first rotation is similar at 1.1M but 2nd rotation, v4 gets ALOT worse
Burst takes 1,5-2 Seconds - Skill 7,5 So she will be on field for like 9-10 seconds So 6 seconds for the team rotation, thats fine tbh I tested it an it is pretty much Impossible to use Skill n ult on evey teammember in under 7 seconds Most time it takes around 8 seconds Even if i use Fischl and only use skill or ult, u will need around 6-7 seconds So in conclusion, clorinde will be rdy even without tf Set The only important thing here is, that U need a team with low cd's cz ur Ration is pretty short A Team like nahida, kazuha, fisch would be great for that and is also her best in slot on calculations
@@Nesteayy (clorinde-kazuha-nahida-fischl) if she burst every rotation, the rotation is about 14-15s. she has 1 or 2s awkward time waiting her skill cooldown. but if clorinde dont burst every rotation then she has 3-4s awkward time
I’m probably going for Furina. I was hesitant to pull for her at first (cuz I’m not a big fan of her) but now that she’s one of the best supports, I figured it’d be worth it 100%

I feel the same as you, but I think I have an explaination, If you look at the roster you see that they give certain characters more power if they sacrafice some other stats for example hp manipulation(Bennet healing only to 70%, Hutao losing HP when using Skill, Arlecchino not able to be healed, Furina taking Hp...), but Clorinde does not have that directly. My personal theory is that one of her best teams will be healerless Furina teams bc she can heal herself and Furina has overheal passive that heals the team so she gains fanfair points, but they nerfed clorinde healing recently too, so what is the solution, get Furina C2 and who is in the same patch after Clorinde? I am cooking or am I coping hard? You decide xD
I love Raiden but she’s been out for like 3 years. It’s not crazy to have a hypercarry electro DPS that outperforms Raiden when Raiden’s kit is balanced around being a support as well as DPS. Clorinde deserves better!

Look I understand that you’re disappointed but it’s not like she’s bad. She still very much good enough to clear and at least competes with other electro carries. You shouldn’t expect every character in this to be incredibly good. Otherwise the game would just powercreep characters into oblivion. Get her because you like and she’ll be fun
Honestly, at this point i feel like Archons, Sovereigns and Harbingers (and any other super lore important character) are the only characters actually worth my primos. Everytime i get excited for a character that isn't one of them i get disappointed every single time (Eula, Yae, Dehya, Chiori and now Clorinde). Im just going to hard save for C2 Murata/Pyo Archon, Xbalanque (who is rumored to be the Pyro Dragon) and Columbina and ignore everyone else in Natlan.

There's a video floating around of a full Clorinde team rotation (w/ whimsy set) and it didn't seem *That bad* , if a bit awkward since the stance ends a bit earlier than you'd expect. But it turns out that footage is *from before the uptime nerf* lmao, Hoyo why?? she looked fine before the nerf.. she wasn't gonna be a top DPS anyway and she doesn't have to be.

I'll be pulling for Sigewinne so those buffs are very nice for me. The increase to skill damage will make my nahida even stronger YIPPEE. I don't have Kokomi or really any hydro support except xingqiu and I'm severely lacking healers other than Bennett and Qiqi so she'll be a very vital character for me.

@akashneogi but at c0 she is still amazing for navia and wrio is useable regardless. But c1 makes both insane and c6 wriothesley can 1 shot the seahorse on floor 12. He's also overall the most versatile cryo unit

I guess this makes TF actually viable as a potential BiS for her. So she gets cd reduction and doesn’t need to waste time on supports before swapping back in to do big damage.

You know, I have a record of only unintentionally liking characters that end up getting nerfed in beta or come out being mid or even worse (Shenhe, Dehya, Wrio) with the only exception of Arlecchino who I liked since I saw her 6 months ago and ended up being busted af (felt good for a change). This time around I never liked Clorinde cause her design, so feels nice to avoid all the beta buffs-nerfs rollercoaster and drama, Im just sitting watching this dumpster fire from afar drinking tea 🍵. I feel the pain of the future clorinde mains tho, been there, but stay strong lads and play yo girl regardless.
Sethos won this fr lol This makes it possible to go full EM on him and still do decent damage, which means while he's a 4*, he'll be really good as a electro driver for EM based teams (not sure yet if he can proc hyperbloom, probably not, but if he can, he'll be broken), which makes him really good in his own niche with only Kuki as competition, since all other electro chars scale purely off attack

@@usmanya5110I don't expect much from Hoyoverse to buff Sigewinne's current kit further. I think they will only give her one of these buffs for her elemental burst: 1. Her elemental burst applies hydro twice than once due to her new ICD of 1 second of her hydro application from her burst. 2. Slightly increase her HP-scaling for her burst damage. Increase from 21% of her own HP to 25% or 26% for her maximum talent level for her burst. 3. Decrease the cooldown of her elemental burst from 18s to either 14s or 15s.
I don't think one of these buffs can make Sigewinne a broken support so Hoyoverse shouldn't lower their standards at balancing new characters. They can't afford another Dehya mistake.

Sigewinne has no room in Furina team. Since Neuvilette is already hydro, you can’t afford another hydro character. While if you want super bloom, baizhu is a better option.
While Sigewinne cannot be used in Neuvillette teams, she will still be useful on Hu Tao's double hydro team with Furina so you can use Kazuha over Xianyun for more offensive anemo support.
Sigewinne definitely is a furina expansion pack primarily for neuvi teams cc,time wide heal, buff, droplet, she’s definitely a bait pull but non the less ok
I genuinely hope wuwa release's going to strike hyv in the balls and let 'em lose a huge percentage of its playerbase bc hyv needs to be HUMBLED VERY QUICKLY. In which world they create goated tier characters like Arlecchino and then proceed to make clunky kits on characters like Sigewinne AND NERF Clorinde as the NATIONAL CHAMPION DUELIST FROM FONTAINE, like this is insane and both of these previously mentioned characters are LIMITED 5 STARS, not even standard chars... smfh.
If you're using Sigewinne with Furina for your Wriothesley's freeze team, it can work. However, current Abyss doesn't work really well for freeze teams for now.
Will probably skip Clorinde, pulled Raiden c2r1 this year and she doesnt have any special synergy with overload or electr charged as many leaker thought. I really want a new Cryo DPS made for burn-melt!
Thats one of the main problems. She is a BoL unit, so she should use BoL set. BoL set is better than TF. But now they are forcing us to use a set that is worst than BoL set.
@@josetomasrivera5782 in reality if we look at the difference between using the gladiator and using the new bolt set the difference is very little, not to mention that the new set also needs to be farmed and you have to find the godroll pieces to compete with those that have been farmed in 4 years of gladiator, same thing for the fury, many have farmed it for other PCs and I'm one of those, if this waste of time we have with the new set is so important then surely the fury will compensate for this problem to make us have rotations faster. The fact remains that miohyo brings out meaningless characters like Nuveliette and then does these last nerfs for obviously less strong characters

Alhaitham 100% Even if Clorinde gets reverted she is just above Raiden hyper carry which isn’t really amazing Alhaitham is top 3 DPS (along with Neuvillette and Arlecchinno)
alhaitham total dmg team is helped by hyperbloom reaction. so maybe alhaitham team will do more dmg than the clorinde team. in terms of durability, they both are tanky. alhaitham is healed by kuki and kuki heals a lot. even my alhaitham in the abyss always takes dmg over 200k and he still survives. Maybe a little problem with Clorinde is that if she is staggered by the enemy (while in her combo) then her DPS loss will have quite an impact. On the other hand, if alhaitham is staggered, the hyperbloom from kuki will cover the dps loss
Well it was opposite for arle lol she started weak & hence I was sceptical but she ended quite good in the live version lol, so I pulled but well chlorine is meh at end of beta so well now I'm kinda interested in skipping her 😂. I personally was happy what she was at the start of beta a stronger c0 raiden, but now at par... well keking is similar.
Clorinde doesn't benefit from hitlag in her enhanced state. She shoots with her pistol and her Dash ability pierces. Her 7.5s is indeed 7.5s, and it's very short.
Hii about sigewinne i couldnt understand how she buffs. I mean after reaching 65k hp that 2800 number, is this added on top of the dmg? Like lets say fischl does 14k without her with her she’ll deal 16800 dmg ? How do we calculate it?
Not quite. It's like yunjin or shenhe buff. That number is applied to the base damage (the one you would get before the elemental goblet and crit damage gets applied). Let's say you deal 10k with 100% crit damage. Your base is 5k. Now add 2.8k to that and you get 7.5k. Multiply for 100% crit damage and you get 15k. Let's say your crit damage is 200% and you deal 10k. Your base damage is 2.5k. + 2.8k from Sige = 5.3k. Multiply for 200% crit damage = 21.2k And so on.

My guess is they wanted to alter her playstyle to pack a larger punch in a shorter time...perhaps not also reducing the skill cooldown was an oversight. Clorinde is more flexible than raiden as a dps imo. I'm going to play with 2 teams personally alongside TF. I can't stand raiden and she's not a dps till c2 anyways. Rather get cons for anyone else.
idk now really, i have keqing that stuck in dendro team and want raw dmg dealer with electro charge/overload random reaction, i have prefarmed everything and have some funky party to try that involve yun jin & echoes. this state with dendro dependent rotation is the worse scenario i can even imagine with her gameplay😭

I knew Arlecchino was broken op prototype exception in term of this garbage Bond of Life. Coz zero expierence. Stay away from all coming Bond of Life characters.
I wouldn't use benny due to how much she moves in general. Use TF set on her and replace benny with anyone else. She is on par with c0r1 raiden if you get her weapon too.
The team you mentioned can't work, but I personally wouldn't recommend it, as I would rather have Bennett with another DPS. She's a solid Aggravate DPS (primarily aggravate, but can play in other teams like overload and hyperbloom) performing similarly to C0 Raiden, so I would say she's an above average DPS.

@@soyeonxxn haven't seen good updated cyno calcs, but my assumption is Clorinde > Cyno in Aggravate, Hyperbloom similar, since Cyno's biggest strength is being a hyperbloom driver.

Yae only awkward against stationary boss enemy where there's no need for mobilities. Against moving enemies, and multi waves, her E's are convenient, as you can set up *as* you approach enemies with her dashes simultaneously - kill two birds with one stone, which saves times and stamina... Unless you're clueless using her dashes *after* you already approached them using regular sprint.

She doesn't even do anything asides from dealing damage unlike raiden who has off field application and battery for the whole team and yet her dmg is still pretty much just the same if not "slightly" better. All this just because they don't want anyone power creeping their baby girl Raiden B. Mei. The only time that probably happens is if it's the electro sovereign or a harbinger, because it seems that all harbingers get special treatment. This nerf is so anti-fun and unnecessary, because she wasn't even that crazy good in the first place. As a casual player who doesn't care about the meta, this is such a spit on the face. hoyo being hoyo just like always smh 🤦

@@ArJay1688 their kits are indeed different, but they are still both damage dealers. Just because Raiden has support capabilities doesn't mean she isn't. The point here is as I've mentioned already that Clorinde doesn't even do anything asides from dealing damage heck she doesn't even have off field application and battery like Raiden, her elemental infusion cancels out when you swap to another character(unlike Keqing) and yet their damage are still pretty much on par with each other except Raiden has more utility which is quite frustrating. They just straight up nerfed her on field time even though she's an on field dps which is ridiculous. She's at the bottom of the pack along with Raiden and Childe for longest skill cd, but Raiden has hitlag and if played correctly Childe is pretty much fine in his rotations. Damage wise she's going to be fine, but looking at it from a fun perspective it's just so stupid that your favorite character has more uptime than on field, and as a casual player this nerf is so unnecessary. I guess Hoyo doesn't like seeing people have fun 🤦
The good thing about clorinde is that she can use TF but yeah... hoyo HATES the idea of raiden being outclassed at c0. I'm going c1r1 with TF and won't ever get raiden cons if I can avoid it
I'll have to disagree with how you said all harbingers get special treatment. Childe is only really good in one team and wanderer requires very high investment to compete with some of the other 5 stars... it really is only arlecchino and her team's damage isn't even that much higher than tao's in most cases.

Clorinde wouldn’t power creep raiden either way since raiden is just way more versatile. Yes she could have had more dps than raiden tho that doesn’t really make her stronger as a character. But I think clorinde is currently underwhelming since does more than just dmg during her burst. Clorinde at the very least should be able to do more dps than raiden at least but hoyo just doesn’t like releasing strong electro dps’. I was hoping clorinde would get arlecchino treatment and be on par with the best dps’ but these nerfs just make me lose hope in electro dps’.

Raiden-like characters (design wise) are a staple in their games, the people at Hoyo clearly love that archetype. I wouldn't be surprised if they gutted Clorinde as a way to keep Raiden as the top Electro DPS.

I have highly invested Raiden, keqing and cyno. I totally don't need more electro units. The reason why I was gonna pull for clorinde is only because I love her pew pew dash pew pew dash gameplay. I couldn't care less about damage, so I prefarmed.

@@This_Origami arlecchino got massive buffs in v2, v3 and v4, clorinde got a massive buff in v2 and then a random nerf in v3 and no changes in v4, we are basically back to v1 in terms of dps but v1 was better because you dont need TF and you can use her on overload in v1, now she is stuck in aggravate and TF set
Edit : i found out that v4 clorinde does slightly less damage than v1, their first rotation is similar at 1.1M but 2nd rotation, v4 gets ALOT worse

7.5s with 8.5 downtime, I absolutely will play 4p TF on her.
with 4p TF, You also can burst AFTER 5N3E to reduce her skill cooldown 1 more time.
Burst takes 1,5-2 Seconds - Skill 7,5
So she will be on field for like 9-10 seconds
So 6 seconds for the team rotation, thats fine tbh
I tested it an it is pretty much Impossible to use Skill n ult on evey teammember in under 7 seconds
Most time it takes around 8 seconds
Even if i use Fischl and only use skill or ult, u will need around 6-7 seconds
So in conclusion, clorinde will be rdy even without tf Set
The only important thing here is, that U need a team with low cd's cz ur Ration is pretty short
A Team like nahida, kazuha, fisch would be great for that and is also her best in slot on calculations

Gaming is broken as a 4 star DPS though. At C6, he can rival Hu Tao when it comes to high damage numbers.

I feel the same as you, but I think I have an explaination, If you look at the roster you see that they give certain characters more power if they sacrafice some other stats for example hp manipulation(Bennet healing only to 70%, Hutao losing HP when using Skill, Arlecchino not able to be healed, Furina taking Hp...), but Clorinde does not have that directly.
My personal theory is that one of her best teams will be healerless Furina teams bc she can heal herself and Furina has overheal passive that heals the team so she gains fanfair points, but they nerfed clorinde healing recently too, so what is the solution, get Furina C2 and who is in the same patch after Clorinde?

Honestly, at this point i feel like Archons, Sovereigns and Harbingers (and any other super lore important character) are the only characters actually worth my primos. Everytime i get excited for a character that isn't one of them i get disappointed every single time (Eula, Yae, Dehya, Chiori and now Clorinde). Im just going to hard save for C2 Murata/Pyo Archon, Xbalanque (who is rumored to be the Pyro Dragon) and Columbina and ignore everyone else in Natlan.
Not really, Fontaine so far has had hit after hit. Lyney, Navia, Wriothesley, Xianyun. Depending on who you ask, Chiori is a great support, too.

I'll be pulling for Sigewinne so those buffs are very nice for me. The increase to skill damage will make my nahida even stronger YIPPEE. I don't have Kokomi or really any hydro support except xingqiu and I'm severely lacking healers other than Bennett and Qiqi so she'll be a very vital character for me.

Let me just say that against bosses hes fine because of nahida but the prob with cyno is not that hes bad its just in group enemies scenarios him being a hypercarry with a 20 sec lasting ult is really bad because in those type of situations you need to re aply all your buffs and then you lose your infusion so you have to wait this is a little better if you have baizhu because nahida as a Dendro ap just kills everything so fast so im not saying hes super bad but mainly with how the game is know and that buffs in most cases dont last that long hypercarry characters like itto cyno and others like this r just mid look at all the meta characters Arlecchino can swap out whenever navia van swap out when ever neuvilette can also swap when ever so calm your tiits breathe and just leave it at that

You know, I have a record of only unintentionally liking characters that end up getting nerfed in beta or come out being mid or even worse (Shenhe, Dehya, Wrio) with the only exception of Arlecchino who I liked since I saw her 6 months ago and ended up being busted af (felt good for a change).
This time around I never liked Clorinde cause her design, so feels nice to avoid all the beta buffs-nerfs rollercoaster and drama, Im just sitting watching this dumpster fire from afar drinking tea 🍵.

This makes it possible to go full EM on him and still do decent damage, which means while he's a 4*, he'll be really good as a electro driver for EM based teams (not sure yet if he can proc hyperbloom, probably not, but if he can, he'll be broken), which makes him really good in his own niche with only Kuki as competition, since all other electro chars scale purely off attack

Sadly Sethos is 4* DPS which means he'll never be as strong as 5*s.

@@usmanya5110I don't expect much from Hoyoverse to buff Sigewinne's current kit further. I think they will only give her one of these buffs for her elemental burst:
1. Her elemental burst applies hydro twice than once due to her new ICD of 1 second of her hydro application from her burst.
2. Slightly increase her HP-scaling for her burst damage. Increase from 21% of her own HP to 25% or 26% for her maximum talent level for her burst.
3. Decrease the cooldown of her elemental burst from 18s to either 14s or 15s.
I don't think one of these buffs can make Sigewinne a broken support so Hoyoverse shouldn't lower their standards at balancing new characters. They can't afford another Dehya mistake.
At first, I've planed to pull Clorinde. But now I'm doubt about it. So maybe I will skip her and waiting for other character.
I also planning to get Alhaitham & Neuvillette since I missed both of them.
I was saving for Clorinde she looked so good but after the nerfs meh... Hoyo being Hoyo

Sigewinne has no room in Furina team. Since Neuvilette is already hydro, you can’t afford another hydro character. While if you want super bloom, baizhu is a better option.
While Sigewinne cannot be used in Neuvillette teams, she will still be useful on Hu Tao's double hydro team with Furina so you can use Kazuha over Xianyun for more offensive anemo support.
Other Sigewinne's teams:
- Yoimiya/Furina/Sigewinne/Zhongli
- Wanderer/Faruzan/Furina/Sigewinne
- Sigewinne/Nahida/Fischl/Yae

I genuinely hope wuwa release's going to strike hyv in the balls and let 'em lose a huge percentage of its playerbase bc hyv needs to be HUMBLED VERY QUICKLY. In which world they create goated tier characters like Arlecchino and then proceed to make clunky kits on characters like Sigewinne AND NERF Clorinde as the NATIONAL CHAMPION DUELIST FROM FONTAINE, like this is insane and both of these previously mentioned characters are LIMITED 5 STARS, not even standard chars... smfh.

If you're using Sigewinne with Furina for your Wriothesley's freeze team, it can work. However, current Abyss doesn't work really well for freeze teams for now.

Thats one of the main problems. She is a BoL unit, so she should use BoL set. BoL set is better than TF. But now they are forcing us to use a set that is worst than BoL set.
@@josetomasrivera5782 in reality if we look at the difference between using the gladiator and using the new bolt set the difference is very little, not to mention that the new set also needs to be farmed and you have to find the godroll pieces to compete with those that have been farmed in 4 years of gladiator, same thing for the fury, many have farmed it for other PCs and I'm one of those, if this waste of time we have with the new set is so important then surely the fury will compensate for this problem to make us have rotations faster.
The fact remains that miohyo brings out meaningless characters like Nuveliette and then does these last nerfs for obviously less strong characters
Incredible how Hoyo managed to release two 5-star aggravate drivers and neither of them manage to justify pulling for over keqing.
I'm not sure whether to choose the clorinde or the alhaitham, can you help me choose? I'm worried that I'll take the clorinde and regret it because possibly the alhaitham gives more damage
they both use similar supports, but alhaithams teams do more dmg as of now.

Even if Clorinde gets reverted she is just above Raiden hyper carry which isn’t really amazing
Alhaitham is top 3 DPS (along with Neuvillette and Arlecchinno)
alhaitham total dmg team is helped by hyperbloom reaction. so maybe alhaitham team will do more dmg than the clorinde team.
in terms of durability, they both are tanky. alhaitham is healed by kuki and kuki heals a lot. even my alhaitham in the abyss always takes dmg over 200k and he still survives.
Maybe a little problem with Clorinde is that if she is staggered by the enemy (while in her combo) then her DPS loss will have quite an impact. On the other hand, if alhaitham is staggered, the hyperbloom from kuki will cover the dps loss
The amount of damage a character can do usually depends on the artifacts they have.

Well it was opposite for arle lol she started weak & hence I was sceptical but she ended quite good in the live version lol, so I pulled but well chlorine is meh at end of beta so well now I'm kinda interested in skipping her 😂.
I personally was happy what she was at the start of beta a stronger c0 raiden, but now at par... well keking is similar.
Clorinde doesn't benefit from hitlag in her enhanced state. She shoots with her pistol and her Dash ability pierces.
Her 7.5s is indeed 7.5s, and it's very short.

Hii about sigewinne i couldnt understand how she buffs. I mean after reaching 65k hp that 2800 number, is this added on top of the dmg? Like lets say fischl does 14k without her with her she’ll deal 16800 dmg ? How do we calculate it?
Not quite. It's like yunjin or shenhe buff. That number is applied to the base damage (the one you would get before the elemental goblet and crit damage gets applied).
Let's say you deal 10k with 100% crit damage. Your base is 5k. Now add 2.8k to that and you get 7.5k. Multiply for 100% crit damage and you get 15k.
Let's say your crit damage is 200% and you deal 10k. Your base damage is 2.5k. + 2.8k from Sige = 5.3k. Multiply for 200% crit damage = 21.2k
And so on.

My guess is they wanted to alter her playstyle to pack a larger punch in a shorter time...perhaps not also reducing the skill cooldown was an oversight. You're right it doesn't make sense looking in from the outside.

Clorinde is more flexible than raiden as a dps imo. I'm going to play with 2 teams personally alongside TF. I can't stand raiden and she's not a dps till c2 anyways. Rather get cons for anyone else.

idk now really, i have keqing that stuck in dendro team and want raw dmg dealer with electro charge/overload random reaction, i have prefarmed everything and have some funky party to try that involve yun jin & echoes. this state with dendro dependent rotation is the worse scenario i can even imagine with her gameplay😭
Chevreuse overload with Clorinde looked promising in sheets before. But I do worry about this new downtime introduced making the team worse.

I wouldn't use benny due to how much she moves in general. Use TF set on her and replace benny with anyone else. She is on par with c0r1 raiden if you get her weapon too.
The team you mentioned can't work, but I personally wouldn't recommend it, as I would rather have Bennett with another DPS. She's a solid Aggravate DPS (primarily aggravate, but can play in other teams like overload and hyperbloom) performing similarly to C0 Raiden, so I would say she's an above average DPS.

@@soyeonxxn haven't seen good updated cyno calcs, but my assumption is Clorinde > Cyno in Aggravate, Hyperbloom similar, since Cyno's biggest strength is being a hyperbloom driver.
