✅Ingredients
• 2 Tomahawk steaks
• kosher salt
• Pepper
Compound Butter:
• 8 tablespoons salted butter
• 2 teaspoons minced garlic
• 2 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Heat an outdoor grill to highest heat. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2️⃣ Season steaks generously with salt (and pepper as desired). Get the top, bottom, and all the sides. Use a generous amount of salt as this is a thick steak.
3️⃣ Sear the steak for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, letting the flames lick up the sides. You'll know the steak is ready to flip when it releases easily from the grill.
4️⃣ Transfer the steak to a baking sheet . Bake in the preheated oven until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 130 degrees. This will take about 30 minutes, but use a meat thermometer for 100% accuracy.
5️⃣ Let rest 5-10 minutes. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of compound butter onto the steak. Slice as serve.
Compound Butter:
1️⃣ In a bowl, combine butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well blended.

OMG! Thank you!
Wor-Chester-shire sauce……..love it.
In the Uk we say Wustershure, or just wuster.
Thank you. My tomahawk steak came out perfect. The butter at the end melts wonderfully while the steak rested. DELICIOUS!!
Great to hear!

Oh wow 👌 Best tomahawk we've ever had. So juicy and tasty! Thanks 👍
Yup ! Completely couldn't agree more .especially with 90 day aged .
Can't believe the meat prices these days, but I ended up shopping as they were marking down the beef.
I just picked up one of these for $20...original price $37...
Never cooked one before but I thought I better grab it off the shelf.
I'll find a youtube tutorial later 😆.
This looks so good..can't wait to try this.
You are going to love it!
I followed this to the letter and got perfection. The family still talks about that meal months afterwards
Very good that woman can cook does a darn good job at it. Very good advice. She’s got a very fortunate family.!!!!😃
What temperature is the oven set at?
I am trying this this weekend…
Love this for how Worchestercesterceshiresterhire sauce is pronounced!
Just no, as someone from Worcester I slightly died inside.
wow wow wow
what do you recommend for the oven? bake broil or roast ?
Them are little. The ones I get will only fit 1 on it and it has to be long ways. But I'm def trying this recipe this weekend
I’m dead this looks amazing
question... on the grill at highest temperature... do i close the grill or leave it open while the searing is going on....before taking them to the oven...?
I’ll take it!
Wowwww beautiful 👌👌👌😋😋😋😋😋😋😋very tasty 👌
Yum! Yum!🤗
So good!
Perfecto
Yummmmm

Hot Damn I'm making this compound butter today!

Gorgeous !!!!!!!!!!!!!
...and the Dish looked pretty good too! :)
What temp for the finish? (oven, not meat)
Whats the oven temp set at?
Sounds great. Going to try this tonight.
Just a heads up.......it's pronounced WUSS-TUH-SHUR sauce 😂 peace and love
Temp in fahrenheit yes?

Can I cook along with some filet mignon? Same recipe and cook it together?
Need lot more cooking for me!
love your pronunciation of Woster
Said nobody ever.
What temperature is needed for the over?
Oh it's in the description! Never mind..
what temp is the oven on???
375 degrees.
did I miss the temp of your oven?
Im one minute into the vid, Im very impressed so far. Heaps better than the last 6 vids that popped up on my search for cooking Tomahawks.... one small piece of constructive critism so far: Not all ur viewers are American, please tell us CELCIUS temperature as well as Fahrenheit. EDIT: 30 seconds later and im leaving....... WAY TOO much salt! Just a sprinkle, then cook it. If it needs more, add it after cooking!
We will go ahead and completely disregard all of your comments then, since you know, you aren't sticking around.
@@Dolphinfan72 Ur reply entertained me. Thank you lol. You transitioned from bad-ass to nice-person in a very admiral way.
What temperature do you recommend for well done?
😍😍😍😍
War-Chester-Shire sauce :)
Ma quanti. Minuti al forno. Per quanto tempo??
Why is there music?!
Sorry there was no crust. Crust is better obtained on flat top grill.
Thank you 🙏 beautiful 🤩
Why do you have to bake it if you've already fried it?
Worchestershire??? :D
This video was made so much better by hearing an American try to pronounce Worcestershire.😊
No begging to click like and subscribe before you even speak? No 3 minute pointless introduction? No horrible audio? No computer-generated music drowning out your voice? No shaky handheld camera? What kind of UA-camr are you? Oh, yeah. The kind that packs as much useful info in as short a time as possible into a quality video. THANKS for the great instructions. And yes, I did click like and subscribe. I hardly ever find any videos worth doing that for.
Same I agree she the first one I subscribed to
Shit, that looks amazing
Couple things after doing this. If your steaks are not as thick or have parts tearing apart then do NOT cook them as long. Sear them for 2-3 minutes each side only with an insanely hot grill or pan. I did 1 for 20 min in oven that was smaller and breaking and 1 for 10 same size/type. Got medium well and medium. Remeber, steak is not ground so as long as you sear the oitsides you can enjoy the raw center safely. The butter was gooood.
this is Saul TEE MEAT at your service... KEEP IT SIZZLIN' 🦴💪
“Costs more because the butcher does extra work” 😂
What is the purpose of leaving the bone on?
Keeps juices in steak making it extra tender
I would give it a little more heat on the outside, more char on the skin.
In the UK it's pronounced like "Wooster shire" sauce. Not not "wor Chester shire"
Tomahawk steak
wor chester shire lol
