Some universities of Italy might want us to have the signature and stamp of all our documents including CV and SOP. How to get them?

Is this signature and stamp of your own university registrar?

@@Drganguli University registrar will only sign, seal and stamp my academic transcripts. I am talking about CV and SOP. They might want those documents to be signed and stamped. This is done to authenticate those documents. Is it done by a gazetted officer?

@@academicgladiator In most cases self certification is enough as this means you have verified and taken ownership of these documents. But you may need to confirm with the university before taking any action

@@Drganguli But, what about those universities which want me to authenticate my CV and SOP? They might think that I am falsifying information.

@@academicgladiator In that case you can get it attended by someone who can vouch for this information. Like department chairman or some professor who knows your degrees and work experiences listed on the jobs.
