I expect Pog's win in that TT will always be no 1 in any list of his best victories, and no 2 in all-time TDF finishes behind 1989. That look on Roglic at 8:50 was absolutely heartbreaking. What a great TDF that was! Thanks for putting this video together.
He's the present and future of world cycling. 51 pro wins so far with an enormous palmares. In 2023 he will win París Niza, ronde, San remo, 3rd tour, worlds and 3rd Lombardía.
When did he fail a test? Remind me cause I don‘t think I‘ve ever heard that Pogi failed a doping test… wild accusation, you forget the guy is already an exemplary leader in the peloton and a unique generational talent. You should be happy he gives us these amazing moments in the tour and generally always changes races and makes them better and more interesting. He always attacks and rides every race to the max.
Time is against him. He is clearly cheating with some dope or Motordoping who no Others Riders have. Pogacar and Roglic from nowhere to best Riders of the world.. Sure in your dreams.
We cant know for sure. But the thing about coming from nowhere and winning is like it was before the EPO days. It was during the EPO days the older riders were winning. That is a clear sign to me that the sport is way cleaner. The fact is PED's make your highest potential last longer and build up for more years and takes years of doping to reach. while without PED's usually the best win or come high in GC in their first tdf. If the sport is clean I believe all the winners will be below 30 years of age. It will only be the odd one out that someone over 30 wins. While Indurain, lance armstrong, Bjarne riis, Chris froome and others won while being over 30. And we at least know 3 of them were doping I count Indurain as a sure doper even though he never admitted it. By the way just because you didn't know pogacar before, doesn't mean he came from nowhere, he was always really good in his junior years. And that's why he is in the tdf now. The same goes with Jonas vingegaard who is just 1,5 year older. Sadly he had a 2 year delay in his development due to a broken ankle and that is why he first appeared in 2021. He could have been a contender since 2019 probably. He was tested at 18 years of age, and already there showed 15% better results than any other elite danish top sportsmen in fitness (VO2max & LAmax). So it was known for a long time he could go really high in cycling.
