    What helped me with Intrusive Thoughts is waiting 30 to 60 seconds before correcting or replying in any form, because it feels less important by the time you act

    I keep fighting the thoughts. I know it only makes ocd worse but what can I do? I can’t just let myself think about it. I don’t want that.
