Thanks for your response - I sure am going to try many different set-ups with the Vocalist 4 in my studio. Also to run a complete recorded guitar track from my sequencer into the unit - so that a vocal track can be soloed without having to play the guitar during vocal recording. This is a break through from having to record each vocal track separately!
Thanks. My question however really applies to reverb and delay. Do yo think these are better with the 4? Thanks so much for all you advice on this.

Can this unit be used with a synth piano (Roland, Korg, Yamaha workstations)?
is it good processor for solo vocalist hat will not put any guitar or keyboard in this processor

hello friend... am I Brazilian musician and will I still buy on that month the vocalist but don't I know if I buy the digitech vocalist live 2 or that there of his/her video, the live 4??? which do you advise me to buy??? is the sonority of the dtv 4 more perfect than the dtv 2??? does possibility exist of in the digitech vocalist live 4 I to select only 2 voices as backing vocals??? thank you.

Hey. Thanks for this. I just bought the Vocalist 2 and am definitely disappointed. The harmonies sound great, but the effects are particularly bad. For instance, the auto noise gate is a nuisance. And the reverb is even worse. I am considering an upgrade. Do you think the Vocalist 4 (with the addition of additional reverb and delay parameters) compensates for my problems with the Vocalist 2. Thanks any help is appreciated.
I went to the digitech website but did not see this product listed. Did digitech discontinued this product? :-(
