The evolution of the CAM/CAD software and CNC machines has brought us to the point where we can actually have watchmaker precision parts, upgrades, whatever you wanna call it, to support our hobby. Companies like Vitavon, HR, Vanquish, Arrowshark, to name a few, are effectively changing the market. 20 years ago this kind of precision products was a distant possibility. Now we just have to go online and click! It's a great time to be in RC!
Getting my 5 and 8 year old boys into RC now with their 1st Arrma 1/8th Typhon for each and I got the Arrma Fireteam 6s. But this Ryft will be my next build I think. Love it.
Awesome machine. Great video. I'm using a Robertson Racing 12t mod 1 on my Ryft. I used the Dynamite #4955 turner card for esc. you could use the HW 1080 program card plugged into the fan port on esc to tune it. Will work on your Lazernut also. read manual for stock esc settings. Have fun tuning! cheers
Awesome trans!!! Now that you have a few almost indestructible rc's, time for a road trip!!! In a three-day weekend somewhere go shoot 4 or 5 episodes in the wild. Please!!! Awesome content as usual 👏👌🙌
Since the snow here has melted I would have to guess that there won't be a snow run! LOL! Bad enough we have to wait for MUD!!!!! They work good in the sand though!
I was excited to see the Ryft come out and was ready too buy one but hearing about some of the issues right out of the box and having to make all those add-ons $$$ just so the Ryft will perform as advertised makes it a no go.
To me road ends beaking is worth having all that awesome vitavon. Rod ends are cheap and easy to find. I'd probably try changing to traxxas rod ends. Axial plastic has always felt cheap to me.
Yeah I got a few things in the other day. I’m almost caught up enough to get back on SV2, a 4ws Capra and the 24. Table space and time is valuable so I gotta work to get that time.
yep Vitavon is in china, dude works way too many hours designing these things. I say designing because he modifies the design and doesn't just copy stuff. If all he did was copy stuff I most likely wouldn't have so much of it
@@ExocagedRC ...thanks for the quick reply! reason I ask is there’s several Vitavon items I’d like to get, but just a lil weary about ordering from China now.....especially with everything going on in the world. I posted the info on the Swaybar a while back. It’s a front Swaybar for the bomber with custom links. There are a few different swaybar made for this now that you can simply buy.

Haven’t had a need to do that yet. But if I see a good set available I’ll probably get them. I run stock plastic shafts on a bunch of my vehicles without issue.

Glad to see vitavon left the 2 speed provisions in his case.
My ryft will be here tomorrow and I can't wait. So stoked

With those mods your rift is so crazy ,so capable, those new tires were so good worth the money I think

Jesus H Christ! That thing moves mountains, the power and traction is beyond comprehension.
I love that little scx10. Soooo cool.
I enjoy watching your vids man... Good stuff and learn a lot as I am a rookie to the Hobby... Cheers
I appreciate that!
I can't wait to get those Vitavon parts then I can unleash the beast.. probably will take another 2 months before reaching to UK.
Vitivon should have their own RC Crawler line and basher line of their own RC vehicles 100% aluminum

PNP and full metal 👍

It’s funny I’m surrounded by beaches but rarely ever go. Maybe once a year. LoL.
✊🏽✊🏽 Mr Exo!! Aww tha mini ryft feels left out 😂🤣
😂😂
I am putting the same esc and motor in mine. For hill climbing/rock climbing (not crawling at all) do you recommend a 17t pinion?
the 17t runs fine so yeah same combo works awesome

I'm enjoying ya videos pal. :o)
Well I've been the tie rod and front shock on my ryft and can't find where I can get new ones!
I bought spares of those when I saw them on horizon a few weeks ago. I haven’t bent a shock shaft yet but I’ve seen pics of them bent.
