Appreciate that you post ingredients in the description but you need to edit the dressing recipe. In the vid you used veg oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon. In the recipe you have EVOO oil, white vinegar and no lemon! Otherwise, another delicious dish 😋.
When I was young, my mother took me out to lunch and we both had this very similar salad. I was immediately in love with it. I am going to make this right away!

And my husband & kids are totally unfamiliar with Greek/Middle Eastern food, so that was extra surprising. I thought it was an ingenious idea, instead of doing all that rolling! Just subbed. 🥰

This is delicious, thank you, great with simple grilled fish or leftover chicken too, very easy for midweek meal. Took some for work lunch next day too. 😊
Have just made this. Was short on tins of white beans so used a good quality tin of 3 bean mix. Followed the recipe as shown. A really nice meal that even my wife tucked into. I could also use it as a base and if available would put some left over cooked chicken in the mix to increase protein. Either way a really good meal.

I did a similar salad without mustard and pepper.. with mauromatika beans.. Oohh yeah i remember dry onion made the difference.. and green ones.. I also used some of this salad on a slice of baked garlic bread..
I am loving your recipes, i am the most unimaginative salad maker so made your chickpea salad two days ago as had overseas visitors, along with a green salad, potato salad and BBQ steak, it was was easy, yummy, healthy and enough for two days . I will definitely be trying this salad too as i love white beans. Thank you
