the 70s Scorpions were better with ULI Jon Roth but things like MTV helped to make them So Much bigger in the US !!!!
say what you want---this is by far the best version of the scorpions---one bad ass crew!!!
Monsters of Rock was a good tour for them too, in 1988/9
100 %
Totally agree!
Best their line up
And zero ballads in this set?!
I never realized what great stage presence Scorpions have. One of my favorite rock groups of all time.
What a high energy band, a truly unique voice of the lead man….
They were powerful in concert, it was like nothing I had seen before. They were like the group UFO on steroids!
Show...!!! Beautiful, it's seeing Klaus' and Rudolf's performance, they are really very good!!! 🤟💓💕💞🎸
That drummer is a beast !
YES , YES HE IS...I TRY TO PLAY LIKE HIM MYSELF. HE'S THEIR BEST THEY HAD. HE'S MY FAVORITE TOO OF ALL DRUMMERS !!
Appreciate the clarity in resolution of this recording! 🤘🫶🏻🤘
Put this awesome band into the RR Hall of Fame!!!!
What an incredible band caught in their prime!!
This is absolutely, 100%, Grade-A kickass. Names were taken. Asses were kicked.
That's pretty cool to see Japanese Scorpions fans. Looks like enough tickets to pay to see Japan sights and get the good noodles.
Saw the Scorpions in these years in Texas many times. Great concerts every time. They played the material true to the studio versions. It helps that Klaus could sing the parts. Not many bands live up to their album performances. Scorpions shows were always fantastic!!!
Hope all the surviving members and roadies are well. Thank you all of you!
they played Japan twice in the 70s,, Japan Loves them ,,
Been listening to the Scorpions from the beginning and now at 63 I'm still blown away by them. I even have their Love At First Sting album that has the misprinted "Rock You Like A Hurricane'" where they spelled the title "Roch You Like A Hurricane"
It's the melody
How bout the Priest album that thinks the song is, "you've got another thing coming?"
Um, it's "You've got another THINK coming." Imagine it in the context of a sentence.
If you think I'll sit around.......as the world goes by............you're thinkin' like a fool, ..........cause it's a case of do or die ,.................If you think I'll let it go, you're MAD, ...............YOU'VE GOT ANOTHER THINK COMING!
See, think, think, think...................then "thing?" No, man! You've got another THINK coming.
I just turned 63; they are my favorite band. Last saw them in Las Vegas in 2023.
@@notmyname3883 Ease up on the dope. It's rotting your brain.
One of the greatest live albums I've ever heard.
Oh God! Scorpions at his best!!! Thank guy for share this jewerly. Great memories. We love u
Matthias Jabs is on fire guitar wise, love his style.
Great years and great band. Love you Scorpions!!!! even day like premiere of a record is magic!!! Love from Italy!!
M.Jabs...
As usually totally underrated.
And F.Buchholz ...
Take my bow !!
This vid shows why Buchholz should never have dumped his Precision Bass for a Warwick. Incredible sound!
I was a 14 years teenager and this concert makes me rebember my childhood when our idols was just simple and great musicians ,, great bands , i mean we were happy and we did,nt knew ,
God bless everyone
80.S Forever
Simplemente únicos!!! Su calidad como banda y la calidad del video, sin palabras!!!! Saludos desde México.
My first concert was Scorpions in 1984. Meadowlands Arena in East Rutherford, NJ, just a few weeks after this performance. Still one of the best shows I've ever seen! I've seen Scorpions live more than a few times since then and believe me when I say they NEVER disappoint when it comes to live shows! 🤘
Been listening to them for 40 years. Still gives me chills! Seen them last year, but many times before that. Was at the world wide live tour.
In their prime and at the top of their game. Fabulous band.
Under rated vocalist. No crazy high notes but very solid and suits the music perfectly.
Klaus hit some crazy high notes on their 70's and early 80's albums.
This concert rocks!
This band needs to be in the rock hall of fame. Come on!!
