Try adding a small amount of "cream of tartar" (potassium bitartrate) to your egg whites to make the meringue stiffen up quicker and hold the texture longer. Souffle pancakes are difficult but fun to attempt.
I love how Moe tries to be patient with every mess that Sutan makes while helping her, because many parents tend to get angry when their children make mistakes without trying to aknowledge that it is the child's first experience, and of course it doesn't have to be perfect. Even adults make mistakes when doing something for the first time.
Sutan’s little personality is really starting to show awww she’s such a smart little lady and it’s sooo funny to see her taking on Moe’s mannerisms! her vocabulary is also really impressive for her age…always a joy to wake up to kimono mom videos on Saturdays

Poor Sutan had to give up from sifting because of the mixer's noise and needed to cover her ears to muffle it. I think the egg whites needed to be firmer to the point they form a steady peak to make a successful soufflé. But Moe san didn't wanted to annoy Sutan with that noise for so long. Anyway they looked delicious and the whole experience was delightful. Thank you for sharing!

Sutan wasn't too happy with the sound of the the mixer, but as soon as her mum showed with a smile that "it's okay, it's funny", she got a change of mood. Especially when they are the same sex- girls want to be like their mum's, because they want their dads to love them and vice versa for boys. It's really such an interesting subject, psychology

Dont forget egg shells are great for tge garden. Once you have taken out the inner goodness, crush the shells roughly and throw them straight on the garden. The potassium leaches into the soil.
It may not have come out right but still looked good. Sutan is growing so fast oh my. Moe you and moto are doing a great job at being parents. She will look back at these videos and appreciate everything you 2 did for her. I can't wait to see in 5 years how much she had learned in these years leading up to that. Maybe a little brother or sister will be added to the mix possibly as well lol. Who knows what the future holds. Maybe she'll teach them her cooking too.
Oooh, I love making anything souffle! It's so difficult to keep the bubbles inflated after cooling them down as a desert. I haven't yet successfully made a souffle cheesecake, but I still love how it tastes afterwards.
