love these daily workouts! I have noticed that you are using more muscles on your legs than just walking or cycling. With your body weight it is a better workout for the lower body than say going to a gym and using weight machines! ❤

Love the way you teach. I started barefoot then tried with sneakers not sure which will be better. Definitely harder than I thought it would be. Thank you.

Hi Nikki I'm from Scotland UK and just bought my first rebounder last week. You and your videos are great, watched a few other channels that had workouts for beginners but went straight into complicated dance moves and you were bound for failure. Unfortunately we dont have much choice of rebounders in UK except for the more expensive boogie bounce, bellicon, maximus pro which are all over £400. Now I know I like it I will eventually upgrade to something with adjustable tension. ❤

Another great workout. 🤩 Although I walk consistently, I am starting with rebounding in the beginner stage because of past issues with vertigo/chiari 1 malformation. My chiropractor highly recommends rebounding. So far I am doing well and am loving it.

Greetings! Many people rebound up to an hour a day. If you've just started, you may want to gradually work your way up. That might be a lot right out of the gate. Of course the intensity at which you rebound could be a factor as well. Some days you might have more intensity than others. Listen to your body and rest when needed.
I’m not new to working out just new to rebounding. I hear so many influencers say too much cardio hurts your results. I was just wondering if that’s the same for rebounding since it is easier on the body. I am 3 months into rebounding and haven’t lost any weight but still hopeful.
