    Great info, good sir.
I keep a few carnivore plants in my grow tent to combat the bugs. Now I’m lookin forward to up-potting and propagating them!

Thank you for this very usefull video. I found that repotting the venus flytrap into a deeper container it does wonders. My Maroon monster actualy doubled in size after sepparating it from the smaller individual plants

Awesome Riaan! Yes. I love the 9cm x 9cm deep containers for smaller specimen plants. I think it’s as there is more vertical space for root development without roots rotting. Definitely stronger and bigger plants in the taller containers.

Ha ha ha. Green fingers! I have a large private collection of Nepenthes which I love. But thousands of sale plants too. But bonsai remains my passion. The carnivorous plants are dead easy in comparison so I spend my off time with them. :)

Carnivorous plants are awesome. Is there any chance you have drosera capensis the higher elevation? I heard there was a population near bainskloof that was more cold hardy.

@jameswalker3416 sorry I don’t. I am aware of that find but to my knowledge any plants available would have been poached or perhaps collected for study purposes by specific persons with permission. However I may be wrong, I’m not a Drosera expert! 😀

@TerryErasmusbonsai I've been looking for a couple of years now and can't find anything from there, so you're probably right. I just figured it was worth a shot.
