Thank you so much, I had an interview last week and these questions worked like a charm specially in the second round when the VP of the company was taking my interview, I thought I wasn't standing out in front of his questions but when I asked him these questions, he seemed quite impressed and I got selected for HR Round and later on got the JOB!!

I asked my interviewer "what advice would you give to the successful candidate who wants to do a brilliant job in this role "? I dont know about the results yet but he explained everything beautifully and I kind of learnt some insightful things related to the job . 😊

If there are multiple panelists involved, can you rephrase the fourth question again? ( about what you like about working in this company?)
Hi Suryaprakash, you can ask this question to one of the panelists. Or you can also ask, 'With your experience, what would you want your younger self to know before joining this company?'
You can even ask- if my performance is very impressive is there any foreign opportunity i get in the company.

Please Reply Maam, I am giving interviews from college placement and a day after tomorrow there is my interview. So can i ask Interviewer to give me Pune place only if you are comfortable otherwise don't select me.
Because it's our college rule if we get selected and we don't do job then we get debarred from placement.
And job location is Pan India and i only want job in pune.

You can change the way how you frame the question. You can say - I would love to work at your company. However, would it be possible to provide Pune location for so and so reason? I would highly appreciate if you could consider my request.

I mean if I use SELECTED word in my question then is it fine?? Is it on positive side??
Instead you can frame this question as, 'what are the training programs offered by the company so I can learn and contribute to the organization effectively'

Hi Naveen. You need to explain why you are interested in knowing more about him. If you ask aise 'what is your achievement', he will obviously think you are taking his interview 😅
