How crazy is it that Dean Lister hit a random dude with a single line of dialogue that gave birth to the most dominant bjj team of all time?
Except John Danaher is, and was at that time, not just a random dude. He was the perfect trainer at the perfect moment in Jiu Jitsu history to say that to.
This is by far the best explanation on leg attacks. By an enormous margin. John is top notch.

Dean Lister's jiujitsu however comes through Relson Gracie and Fabio Santos. Relson as I understand was the black sheep of the family and enjoyed leg locks far more than the rest.

Do you have a guess as to what he would say or are you really unsure?
@@ronpaulrevered I don't really know but I'm interested. I've seen some lectures by Chomsky on American Imperialism and the idea of the state acting as an oppressor from the be giving seems to bleed through. I think his view might match up? Maybe. As said I don't really know.
@@robbiewalsh6965 Chomsky is what's called an Anarcho syndicalist and they may reach a similar conclusion about government on paper, but in reality they come from completely opposite ends of the spectrum as Chomsky is a communist and Malice a capitalist. I would hope that Malice would pounce on this difference to show the fallacy of anarcho-communism is it's property designation mechanism that necessarily requires government hegemony; making it non anarchic and non- consensual.

No Gracie banned because they lost to the "luta livre" guys. Hélio and his stutents lost to Oswaldo fadda. So they banned and told that was a dirty stile
