An easter egg at 6:36!!! Let's see if you guys see it!! Loved the video Henry!! Wow, the energy!!
Thanks haha, dammit I didn’t even notice that myself 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️😂
I've replayed that segment multiple times, and do not see it. What is it?
HA! I didn’t even make it all the way to the end and had to comment… Too funny Henry and, a good bit of acting with the lens cap on your camera 😀
I did a screen shot of that time slot, and still can’t find it!
Is that a cover in place while you are composing the shot ,?🤣🤣
What a great time !
The location and light looked fantastic !
Love the enthusiasm. Beautiful scenery and light! Thats what it’s all about!
Thanks for sharing your time with us.
Glad you enjoyed it
Thanks Henry, wild (weather) video. 🎉🎉🎉. Your Leica lens takes beautiful images. Thanks and cheers, Peter.
Been a while and I have missed watching your inspiring videos. Life always has a tendency to get in the way. Awesome video and shots.
Friday morning, tough week at work, sat down cuppa in hand...within 1-2 mins work week already forgotten about, mood lifted .....weekend beckons. Thanks Henry for the infectious enthusiasm, and inspiration to get out there and take photos !! FYI ..it's not copying ....it's being influenced by ;)
Brilliant mate, thanks so much!!!
Lovely video Henry some cracking images especially the last one looks so beautiful where you are 😊
Thanks 👍
OMG - what a stunning place and, as usual, Henry, gorgeous photos! I am loving your Scotland videos!! I am coming to Scotland for the first time ever in late August for a month, and I am beyond excited. I have purchased your Scotland book and love that you’ve kept it simple, while providing all the important information along with one of your inspiring photos. Thank you so much - I know will be a valuable asset as we travel around. I can’t wait to experience the beauty and history of Scotland, with the occasional dram of scotch whiskey 😉
Loved the chaotic nature of the shoot as it brings out your amazing energy and enthusiasm…… true Henry at his best 😂👍
Henry, you said it was chaotic but I loved the video. Great scenery and some great shots, especially the one where you merged two images to freeze the tree!
Thanks 👍
My, what an adventure collaboration with you all! You took some great photos Henry, and well worth the effort, laughter and enthusiasm you put into it. Great video!
Thanks so much!
Someone has had their Weetabix
...and Ribena
Brilliant vid…great location, great energy and some top shots
henry get yourself over to roseberry topping if you want to see an abundance of bluebells , there,s any amount of them there for you , i think they will be at there best the back end of next week ,, but i would imagine it would be about a 2 hour drive for you ,, its a lovely area anyway for you to visit if you had time .. i enjoy your weekly video by the way
Great photos Henry, your excitement metre was off the scale! 😆
Thanks haha
Love that B-roll at 6:36 when you have the cap on mate 😄
For God sake 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️😂😂
Kinda tough to compose a shot with the lens cap on.😂
Yep. Saw that, came here to comment. No way we're going to let you get away with that😂
The magic of Micro 4/3 photography. 😁
Soon fix that in post 😅
Fantastic photos and love the enthusiasm Henry!
Thanks 😊
Super cool team :)
Another great video Henry, I'm exhausted just watching it 🤣
I'm going to be in Torridon in a few weeks, that looked a lovely walk to the waterfall.....where is this?
Have fun! The river is called Abhainn Coire Mhic Nòbuil 👍🏼
Kind of the nice thing about nature photography. I understand what you mean about copying, but unless you can stand in the exact same place, and at the exact same time as the other photographer, everyone's picture will be in some way different. I couldn't imagine the number of pictures taken of Half Dome mountain in Yosemite park, and even those will have a difference in images. Nice land and yes, I noticed that rock filled ankle twisting terrain in the beginning. Looks like it was a fun day Henry.
"Kid in a sweet shop?" Good analogy. There is something magical about Scotland. Such a pity I live in Essex!
Another great, high tempo video. Stunning images and a really great watch. Thanks Henry 👏👏
I don't think the aperture om MFTs is double - it's the focal length that is double. aperture is aperture as far as I understand - could be wrong.
Just watched this again for 2nd time and i am exhausted. Man you were on one here Henry, absolutely buzzing all over the place taking some cracking shots, what did you have for breakfast, strong orange juice and a full box of weetabix?😅
I swear i am going to send you a tube of silicon to get that rope stuck back up to the roof of the blue jay.
Another top drawer video, thanks again.
What a location you had there Henry, the waterfall at 15 minutes is amazing.
Do you find yourself using the hi res modes on the OM5 much ? I am not convinced about it on my OM1. Great video again 👍
Thanks a lot!! I don’t use it often as I always forget about it. I’m also not too convinced by it if I’m being honest, but I need to do a few tests with it really
Hi Henry, Absolutely cracking video from Torridon. I was born and brought up in Glasgow and from my teens I used to go out into the hills and mountains with a local walking group; in all weathers. Often it was a day hike, but sometimes we would make a long weekend of it staying at a disused railway workers' But and Ben next to the Glasgow to Fort William line at the foot of Beinn Dorain near Tyndrum. Best time of the year was when the tops still had a bit of snow on them, the air was cool and fresh and rain curtains were not far away. I think the mountains and glens look at their best in such conditions. Wish I was more involved in photography then as I am now; such memories. Great video Henry, wish I was there.
What a video. Where do you get all that energy from?
Stunning shots. Loved the one particularly of the mountain at the end with the light in the crater like. Wow. Amazing Hendy.
Thanks ever so much!! I think Scotland possesses me somehow 😂
Understable 😊
Another great vid Henry.
Thank You. Been feeling kind of uninspired lately, and I thought I would check out your video. You are very inspiring and your energy was much needed.
Thanks again.
you must be mad. loved the video, great scenery. 😆
Love your energy Henry & your Canucks hat!
Awesome vid as always mate, what a day, just world class conditions !!
One of the best in a long time!
Mental as anything, and so so entertaining. Your love of what you do shines through every time !
Thanks a lot 😅
Quality once again Henry 👍🏻
Is that a Vancouver canucks hat?
Hi Henry, loving your channel mate. Can you kindly add your spec and affiliate link for your 12-60mm lens used in recent videos. Thank you!
Thanks! Ah yes I will do, I must update my gear list
Great stuff Henry! Really enjoyed hanging out with you and Ian. Let's do it again sometime.
Where was this location?
Love that view to loch maree
Could honestly watch a 5 hour video of this stuff 😆 you're just so humble and real and it's great to see!
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks a lot
I do love your enthusiasm, on a grey day I could almost be tempted out 😉
Great video as always. Loved the capture right at the end of the vid.
Thank you very much!
Great video Henry. I need to shoot with my lens cap on too, perhaps that is top tip for banging images 😅
😂😂😂
I think you must have had a hit a caffiene for this video - Loved the excitement.
😂
Hi Henry, your like a Labrador puppy in this video. Great location and film. Thanks for the content yet again
Haha cheers mate!!
Lovely video ❤😊
Great video Henry, I like Ians chanel to 👍

Did you shoot your lens cap in Raw? lol
😂🤦🏼♂️
Awesome, you're wearing your classic Canucks cap!! Go Canucks Go!! Btw, I love your work and look forward to watching your weekly video's. All the best Henry, from White Rock 👊
Great video Henry.
Regarding your email, I got a pair of Dunlop Walking Wellies online sale from Millets a few months ago. Been very pleased with them to the point of leaving my hiking boots at home a few times. Plus they don’t pull my socks off! About £30 I think.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😎👍
Brilliant vlog Henry, thanks for sharing! I visited that very spot on 31 Dec 2019, a gloriously sunny but cold day and the views were awesome! Now that I've seen your shots I want to go back there all over again!
Love seeing you shoot with the OM-5. Like Nikon too, but have a particular fondness for Olympus.
👍📷😎
Not seen you using your PD capture clip recently, any particular reason?
I’ve got the hip pack mate 👍🏼
@HenryTurnerphoto A fair point but I would think it would be quicker to take it out of the clip than the hip pack.
Absolutely loved the shot at 12.30. Great video and a great bunch of guys. Really enjoyed this one.
Someone tried to use one of my daughters photographs when she was studying photography at college for a competition but they didn't get away with it.
Love your chaos videos. Quite refreshing compared to some of you more sedate peers. 😀
Lens cap at 6.37.
It’s transparent I promise 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️👀
Great video, some lovely scenery, even with bad weather
Well done for sticking with it, who dares wins haha
Just watching this as I’m about to leave for north Wales 🏴 needless to say I’m now fully energised! Your passion and excitement are awesome !
Wonderful!
Kinlochewe, Loch Maree and Torridon... Love it there. Just photography nirvana
Definitely
Subscribed to the crew. Thanks for this one. We’re in LA now and I do so miss the hills of home
Ah thanks for watching mate
Another great video Henry.
You were certainly buzzing about.
Great to see you out and about again with Ian.
You weren't copying their image's they were in your spot.
You captured brilliant image's as usual.
Look forward to the next one.
Thanks 👍
If it wasn't for the mountains, I'd almost think you were in the Netherlands with that much wind 🙈 It's been like that here as well 😂 Love the tree images in the beginning of the video, with the light on them! They are beautiful! But that last image at 17:10 has to be my favourite of the day, absolutely stunning!
Thanks so much!! I was so happy with the last shot it was a lovely surprise!
Great shots as always Henry - Almost impossible at times to not copy other Photographers, am sure each time though you've been able to stamp even the slightest of your own styles on the results 👍👍
That last shot is amazing!!
Thanks a lot mate
Great stuff today Henry! Your images were powerful! Thanks for taking me along!
Glad you enjoyed it
Wow, the energy, passion and enthusiasm in this video is infectious - thank you Henry, superb images as always! 😊👍👌
Many thanks!
Henry, imitation is the best form of flattery!
Love the passion that you expressed throughout this video. Keep up the great work!! Very Inspiring!
Thanks so much!
Another top notch video Henry. Besides watching you create and posting the photos for your viewers, your enthusiasm motivates me to get out there and take more photos. Impossible to take landscape photos from the couch 😂😂
I appreciate that!
Great video again Henry. Loved it! 👍 Some class shots as always.
Many thanks!
Great set of images Henry, you really made the most of your conditions and locations and looked like you was enjoying the company too
Ah thanks mate, yes it was class to be out with the lads
Henry, you need to put that last photo for sale on your website! I have run out of wall space in my house but I still would buy it.😁
Thanks a lot!! I will put it up there as I’m so happy with it!!
That is a fun video and some great shots. I really like the blended image at the waterfall. Thanks Henry for sharing.
Thanks 👍 much appreciated!!
Another fantastic and entertaining video, thank you!

Thanks very much!
Great enthusiastic video as alway Henry, the sheer joy right through was fantastic, making it a great watch, any chance of you sharing exactly where you were, just I would love to try and get a drone shot of the 1st waterfall that was on near the beginning of the video
Thanks a lot Malcolm!! The river is called Abhainn Coire Mhic Nòbuil 👍🏼
Cheers Henry much appreciated @@HenryTurnerphoto
Hi Henry, another belter thanks for sharing
Glad you enjoyed it
6.37 fair dos Henry 🤣😅
😂😂
👍👍❤❤🌹🌹❤❤👌👌😊😊
Brilliant mate. Great images 👌
Thank you! Cheers!
Great video and am loving your enthusiasm in such harsh conditions.
Just a comment that micro 4/3 aperture is same as full frame, f5.6 is same all that changes is depth of field with more in focus on micro 4/3 compared with full frame.
I recently had this experience in my local community where people started to copy my style. My style is very distinctive from other photographers and it's a mindfulness based approach to photography and I do teach photography here but I get annoyed when people try to copy my style, but I also see it as a compliment my photos so really well as prints and larger prints as well. But I certainly don't really copy anyone style. I'm not saying I don't like other people photography but I tried to develop my own ideas in my own style. What I've noticed is I go out to a certain spot with a certain bit of light and capture an amazing photo and then two days later there's 5-6 photographers going to exactly the same spot to shoot the same photo and they just don't do it as well but that's okay.
Have you considered giving up the teaching if you don’t want other photographers learning your style?
Great stuff mate and great to meet up again look forward to the next one 😁✌️
Thanks man, yeah it was quality, one of the best days out with the camera in ages haha
There is no such thing as photographic plagiarism.....the technical word for that would be paranoia....
