You motivated me to get out of bed this morning after your live ❤❤❤ I cleaned my room and started my week old laundry ✌🏻 this feels like it's going to be the start of an amazing journey
Also I live in a rural area that has no mental health facilities and when I did see a psychiatrist for consultation, he did it through a video screen and this was pre-pandemic and he told me I should see a female, and I never had any issues that would suggest that, my insurance only covered that one and there were no female psychiatrists in my area that accepted my insurance, my mother saw the same guy, different issues he told her the same thing... so no mental health care for me so I just white knuckle this sh*t and my regular dr handles my issues. But I have no dental care because nobody accepts my health insurance and I'm desperate for a dentist.
