girl I wish I could get disability benefits in the US ☹️ I tried, because it's technically available on paper, & I was rejected so fast after applying because I didn't have enough work history?????? 10+ years of jobs isn't enough work history??????? so essentially, aid is available for people whose conditions preclude them from supporting themselves financially........ but only if they kill themselves for 20+ years trying first??????????? 🔪 anyway yeah the people who think we don't seem autistic are seeing us in the accommodating, controlled environments we can create for ourselves as adults with awareness of ourselves. once we leave that we're definitely still disabled.
