How do you determine which sector the main door is located?
My main door is facing South/ South West direction.
you must look at your front floor from inside the house as you are placing the mat inside the house and not outside.

sister i find little bit difference in vastu and fengshui...for example southeast in vastu is fire zone and in fengshui its south....northeast is water zone in vastu....if it becomes of geographic differences between India and China? they have little different so i am confused what to apply..

I want to ask something, I live in the apartment and when i stand in front of the front door i took my compass and get 160° S. That mean i should wear doormat that suits into South direction. Am i correct?

Hi, our entrance part of the house is facing SE, but the front door is facing NE (when you step through the door, you turn right to go into house, it's L shape). So I'm counting that as SE, right? 😅 thank you :)

@@ClaraZfengshuicafe so thats means its not house or door facing directions right, as my house is facing south and the door is at green dragon positions , so its on southeast if we take the compass at the center of home . Is it ?
Yes that’s correct. Your front door is located in the SE. As some houses have front doors on green dragon side, like yours, or white tiger side, so it would be better to measure from the centre.
