Hey, very interesting walkthrough, thank you! I'm wondering, when you play live how do you approach transitions between songs? Do you just cue the next song and it starts on the next bar, or maybe there are some tricks there?
Hey! Thanks :) There's lots of ways to do it, and I've experimented with a bunch. You could use two M8s and a DJ mixer for a start. Alternatively, you can use some kind of effect in between transitions like a delay or repeater or something to then go into the next song while it loads. The way I tend to do it is just to load up a song while the M8 is still playing, so that it instantly loads up and is ready to go as soon as the other one is finished. I don't tend to do seamless transitions from one to another as I play more 'songs' than DJ style endless techno tracks, but that is possible as well. :)
