Interview with Melenas - Band of the Month - September 2023

Congratulations to Melenas, who have been selected as our Band of the Month for September on Europavox.com!
Oihana, Leire, Maria and Lauri, the four members of Melenas, hail from Pamplona, a city small in size but substantial in its musical richness, with a hefty amount of rock since the 70s. But there's more to their new album Ahora, inspired by European krautrock, pop and electronic music, both personal and political.
They make use of Spanish, European influences, and women's leadership... We spoke to Melenas about their new album and their career...
