Nickles and dimes melted with some copper wire. Add some silicon ie sand and you get a good quality bronze. Getting the ratio is the hard part; you want around 12% tin from the coins and like 1-2% silicon and phosphorus, the rest copper. Good for anything that needs an edge: hard enough to not dull easily, soft enough to sharpen, unlikely to break and corrosion resistant. Makes for great knife material. Better than steel IMO cuz it doesn’t need as much babying, but it’s not cut our for heavy work like wood splitting so save it for knives. And arrowheads.
По правде говоря , для поражения не защищённой цели достаточно и слегка заточенного древка , а вот для пробития доспеха уже нужен специальный наконечник

I would take the easy way out. If I was carving wood arrow head as a mold for a bronze or copper arrow head? I would carve glass, bone or ivory and they are as hard as bronze or copper in my opinion.
Wow that is really awesome!. I've never seen anything like that before and then you melted down brass. I don't even know how you can melt metal let alone make it poor like it did. That was well done! What awesome work!

I would ask what makes it ancient but I don't care it just looks so cool!
You can buy an alloy of bronze that's called 'ancient bronze', that's my best guess. It's supposed to be good for casting.
The casting method is somewhat ancient. Using a sand mold to cast arrowheads
