      Shoes pehan kar running krna...and time ke liye kisi ko apne sath running karwao like jab tum slow ho jao toh wo tumhara hath pakad kar kheenche usse sansein badhne lagti hai but uske baad Aisa feel hoga jaise ek or round laga sakti ho

    Sir pair m kahin dard hothai pr smj nhi aata hai running kro tab pta nhi chalta lekin exercise kro to khichav hota hai smj nhi aata hai pair m kaha kykru proper exercise krte hai warm up krte hai and shi se running bhi
