Mendocino California || A Slice of Coastal Heaven

This video highlights footage from our recent weekend trip to Mendocino California. During our stay we visited the Mendocino Headlands State Park, Russian Gulch State Park, Point Cabrillo Lighthouse, and Glass Beach in Fort Bragg.
Mendocino is a quant town along California's northern coas. The county of Mendocino is home to many breathtaking coastlines and is flanked by a mountainous range of tall redwoods. The town itself is built atop a small peninsula that juts out towards the headlands. It's small sizes provides for a quaint atmosphere that is often missed in many other coastal towns.
If you're a California native, or you're visiting California and planning a coastal trip via highway one, I would highly recommend adding Mendocino to your itinerary. It is not to be missed!

My tip is to just walk around our small town of Mendocino. Walk along the ocean headlands trails. Walk on the beach.

Beautiful! I lived in Fort Bragg,Ca, for 8 yrs, moving back East(Home) in 2000.When i lived there I would drive the 20-25 South to Mendocino .I would walk on the headlands ,go to Portugues beach ,go to the bakery, Grocery store ,and health food store .If I went at night I would go to the pub ,or local bar, or Mendocino Hotel ,which had a nice bar and bar menu .There also wer other restaurants to eat at. There used to be a hot tub place. I sure miss it. I have't been there since 2008.

I and my friend visited Medecino 4 years ago and it was the most relaxing weekend getaway we had with my friend. I moved out of California but I still miss this place and I hope I will visit again.
