Amazing that Ginger ostracized the other cast members between scenes, always sitting apart from them. You'd never know it from these scenes. Her agent presented it as a vehicle for her, and she forever more resented that she didn't have top billing.

Windy Neville I think Mary Ann was more domestic but not very clever. Ginger was a bit shallower, but was the only one of the women to be in on the schemes to get them off the island. In that regard, they were both integral to the survival of the castaways
If you were to find yourself stranded on a deserted island with two young women somewhere in the South Pacific, hundreds of miles away from civilization, then let those two women be Ginger Grant and Mary Ann Summers, the two most famous female castaways on the face of the Earth.
Good thing that Ginger & Mary didn't get physically violent with each other during their little catfights. How would the male castaways feel if they saw those 2 beautiful girls fighting each other in the physical sense?
