    ------------------------------------------My Story-----------------------------------------------------------------
    My name is Noah, and on May 18, 2011, I had a rare reaction to the medication VIVITROL, which led to severe suicidal depression, depersonalization, and anxiety. Within just four weeks, I lost 25 pounds and spent the next eight weeks in a constant state of panic, mixed with unbearable depression. I could no longer work and had to move in with my parents for 24/7 care due to being a danger to myself. After being hospitalized in a psychiatric ward, I underwent numerous treatments-SSRIs, SNRIs, mood stabilizers, anti-psychotics, holistic therapies, and even RTMS (shock therapy)-but experienced minimal improvement for over a year.
    Eventually, blood tests revealed extremely low testosterone levels (200 ng/Dl and 150 ng/Dl), compared to the average of 750 ng/Dl for a 25-year-old male. This discovery explained why my symptoms persisted and resembled major depression. After starting testosterone replacement therapy, I slowly began to improve. Over the past six years, I’ve worked hard to regain mental stability, though the journey has included setbacks.
    Today, I continue to document my experiences and insights on mental health, while focusing on physical fitness as a key part of my recovery. Weight training and cardio play a significant role in maintaining my mental well-being, which I also share on my channel.

    This video is for educational and documentary purposes only and is not intended to treat or diagnose. The opinions expressed are that of the individual in the video and nobody else. Please consult a health care professional for all mental and physical healthcare needs.
    I Noah Thomas, the creator of this channel, have been diagnosed hypogonadism by a medical doctor and legally prescribed the medically indicated treatment of Testosterone Replacement Therapy.

    The reason these videos are so important is that your story and journey on trt is in many way arche-typical. It means that a lot of people will relate and get help from them.

    Yes the changes are VERY slow and subtle. It took be about 6 wks until I noticed a change. Better quality sleep came first for me. Next was worry and anxiety slowly changed for the better too. That came about at week six too. About a month into I lost patience but stuck with it and now I'm at month two and my energy levels are insane. TRT was the best decision I ever made. I'm 62 yrs old and wish I would have done this 20 yrs ago but I never knew.

    After much deliberation and amazing feedback from many of you, I have decided to re-upload all my TRT content that I had to delete out of fear of having my channel shut down. For those who don't know, I got 2 channel strikes in 3 weeks after never having received 1 in channel history. I sent in an appeal but to play it safe I made a copy and then deleted all my trt content. It could have taken weeks in which time I might have received my 3rd strike. It was sad AF for me as it's such a huge part of my story. Thankfully, UA-cam accepted my appeal giving me the confidence to put all the content back with updated disclaimers. Treating my Hypogonadism (low testosterone) was a major reason I made it out of clinical depression. I want to help as many people as I can with my story.

      Something strange is going on., Re: with vloggers like yourself on UA-cam. Ive been spending more time than usual binging my fav UA-camrs vlogs, due to being immobilized with herniated disks again, and anxiety keeps me inside my apt these days as well. So I binge on here. Anyway, one thing Ive noticed is that every single vlogger that I follow are all putting out these videos like yours. In regards to UA-cam putting unexplained strikes against them, blocking them from uploading, and even their viewership counts are extremely low all of a sudden. Most vlogs have been demonetized, deleted, smh...something has / is going very screwy up there in that office. They never should have implemented bots ...so many vloggers are having serious stress over all of this.

      bignoknow can you post other TRT videos please? I watched the first and tho I'm not near that low in your range I'm close. It's only been 2 days since getting my 1st shot. I'm not sure how to feel just yet ad I want to be "fair " about it. Seems yesterday my energy level went up as I worked out for almost a hour and a half. No significant change in the "lower portion" of my body yet. Maybe it takes a bit of time for that to occur? Thanks for your humble video.

      robert mcdaniel hi there . I cant speak of length of time . But I just had my 7th shot. It started at 200mg and it went 140mg for 5 weeks after on week 6 he gave me a blood test. My original numbers were 191. 164 and my free T was 9 . All very low. When I had the next test ( week6) it was 790 and he said because the machine can be off by 100 it could have been 690. That to me sounded more real.
      However my nipples seem to be erect a lot. and not sure if that is high E2. My over all "health" did go up. More muscle mass stronger erections and just this past week , and not bragging here masturbated 4 times. Which before I was doing it maybe 2 times a week but with weaker erections. So as far as I can see it seems to really work. Attitude is good, over all thinking is good concentration the same, good.
      I missed this weeks shot so I go back next week for shot 8 and he said since missing this one he would add a little more to my shot. The last if memory serves me right was 160. I hope this helps in your decision. I'm no pro at this but you asked about it.

    I am 29 and am sub 200. I tried to get tested when I was 23 and the Dr I was seeing at the time refused and instead referred me to a psychologist (which I denied). After a test and an MRI, come to find out I have a brain tumor. Had the same depressive and bipolar episodes, extreme brain fog and lethargy, bone density issues and ZERO libido (even with a wife). Starting TRT tomorrow. 10 years of my life just "wasted". I've been on an extreme gym and diet regiment and have had very limited results and now I know why. Hope after a few months testosterone turns things around. Only thing I have concerns about it fertility, but I think I am going to be taking Chlomid or HCG a few times a month.

    People, only you can decide what is best for you. Your Dr can only guide you and inform you. Everything has side effects and it’s up to you to decide if taking a drug is worth feeling better compared to the side effects. I am currently 40 and my level is 346. My endo prescribed me trt. I’m still back and forth with it. I’m leaning towards doing it.

      pracata732 hi ... I have seen some "good" changes. It is taking its sweet time. But libido is good erections better, nothing yo brag about tho. I remained on the TRT and my 1st shot was 200 mg. The following 5 were 140 mg. I had my blood work drawn and seems my testosterone level went from 161,190, up to 760. Now the dr. Did say that it could be off by a 100. So that said, it could be around 660. My FREE T was at 9 when I started, it now has gone to 14. That is not where he would like it tho. He like to see it between 15 and 25. So I have a ways to go. He raised my weekly shot to 160 mg. And I have a E2 test in August. If you want I can keep ya updated. My emotions seem to have gotten a bit more "sensitive" meaning a little more crying over silly things. But not all the time. He said it could be the estrogen level. We will see in August.

      You dont need ai and especially .5 instead of .25 at such a low dosage. 200 is the average high of trt for life
      You will need an ai if u decide to go 3ml weekly though:p

    twice weekly .3ml 300mg Testosterone Cypionate SQ injection.

    I have been tested twice and my level is 262 both times. I am 41 yrs old but i have very low energy, libido, emotional, hairloss, brain fog, I really want to know if this will help. Drs gave me prozac and i started it because i have anxiety but i still want trt. I think it will help. I really dont want the prozac but i couldnt wait for my visit to the endo. Also was your vision affected by the test? Could u see better? My eyes have been blurry for years and heard test can clear them up in certain cases idk

    +bignoknow Hey, I am glad you are putting these back up! Look, we have chatted before via youtube but I never asked you a question that MDs have asked me a few times (We have the SAME problemS). I have had two ask me if I ever was exposed to any kind of poison when I was younger. I grew up on a farm so I had, in fact, had an incident when I was a small child, come to find out when I was asking my Father. Have you entertained that line of thinking? Have you ever been exposed to any kind of toxin when you where younger? Any MDs ever ask you that?? Good luck my man!

    I just objected my first shot in my glute . By myself at home. Usually there is a coup drops of blood or none. But this time there was a significant amount. Of blood then it stopped . I didn’t get the cough so I don’t think Injected into the vein. BUT I’m very curious to what exactly happened and if it’s ok. I’m all nervous here thinking I’m not gonna get my dose . Please if anybody has any info. I injected close to the right spot I know that. But I’ve never had this much blood when the nurses do it. So any info would be great . And if I can do anything to help or any tips!

      Feels right. I don't want to hide this important part of my journey out of fear. UA-cam accepted my appeal on the TRT video that got my my 2nd strike and I need to run with that. Obviously I am going to use discretion with some of my less tasteful trt vids from the past but in genera it's all coming back. Only other thing I need to decide is do I mass upload or drop maybe 2 a week to make it less intense. What's your call boss?

      @@paulielacqua8834 You may have found your answer by now however I am 61 and just starting treatment today with gel testosterone 1.62% Have a endocrinologist to check your free T that is different than serum test which mine cam in at 354 however my free T was 3.8 and norm is 6.9 and up to maybe 8.9. Lots of people don't realize for insurance to cover I had to give 2 blood samples on 2 different days before 9 am. My insurance denied my medication but my doctor had a Peer to Peer conversation with the insurance company and talking about my free T they reversed their decision.

    How could you simultaneously have androgenic alopecia AND low T?

    • @ekscholl
      @ekscholl 6 років тому

      That's because male hairloss is largely genetic and has very little to do with DHT, even though it is a factor. In this case, however, hairloss can be caused by low T.

    • @EfBEye888
      @EfBEye888 3 роки тому

      Low estrogen can cause hair loss too. Along with many many other factors. DHT is just 1, although normally the main culprit. Estrogen is extremely protective of hair

    Please watch your estrodial. It is key. They say below 40 but you want to be around 15-25. We are all different but that range is pretty on point. Go to a specialist because md's don't specialize in TRT. Estrodial very important. Watch Rand McLain videos on UA-cam. Hang in there bud.
