What an absolute poor example of a coach.He obviously doesn't realize that you win as a team and you lose as a team.He shouldn't even be a coach until he's more supportive to the team and less impatient and demanding.37 to 1 is lopsided, but no team can win all the time,however shouldn't lose all the time either.Calling his team losers is NO way to motivate said team.You do the best you can no matter the sport, nobody's perfect,not even coaches.

After the game my little girl told me aaaallll her team mates were sooo glad i did it lol I live in Southern California my daughter played for the hi school soft ball team .
