- The plaintiff claims her upstairs neighbors, the defendants, make constant noise, which has prevented her from finding tenants. The plaintiff is suing for loss of rental income. The defendants argue they aren’t as disruptive as the plaintiff says.

When she tells Doug she feels shame and asks what to do now… this woman needs help. Someone needs to help her.
Her husband needs to help her. He’s a piece of crap and makes everyone else deal with her. He should send her back home to her family.
She was asking in that moment what she should next; she didn't know where to go.
That so called husband is as useless as a rock and at least the rock as some use for something. I think he's the brunt of the problem and she's just lost in a place she can't get out of. Her poor kid is being taught to treat their husband or wife like this. Such a sad case for the defendant and not much the plaintiff because she's not in a abusive relationship that's not effecting her mentally.
I feel terrible for the neighbours but that women just needs someone to talk to her, acknowledge her or at least try to understand her situation have empathy...
She's clearly saying she feels abandoned, obviously by her husband she doesn't have her son live with her for good reasons but that doesn't mean leave her lonely without support, if she was my neighbour I'd at least try to talk and see what's actually wrong and why is she feeling so angry and lonely... 😢 this case was sad:edit I think she could have spoken more if the husband wasn't there.

She’s a mail order bride, an d she has mental issues. Instead of sending her back he chooses to put her elsewhere to deal with her. She feels abandoned and lonely because that man put her there to isolate her. It’s sad and she needs help. Immediately
Giving her a green card and her own condo is better than sending her back to get locked up in an institution.

US mental hospitals are not places of healing. They should NEVER be used outside of highly credible evidence of danger to people.
This is one of THE most if not THE most disturbing case of TPC I've seen. It sounds like she may have schizophrenia, or maybe bipolar depression. Obviously I'm not a doctor, but she needs SERIOUS help. So sad.
She feels abandoned in a country where she doesn't speak the language fluently and her husband has abandoned her. She clearly has issues with emotional regulation, but it doesn't make her Schizophrenic or Bipolar 2. Bipolar depression rarely includes rage and aggression. Bipolar disorder is too easily attributed to bad behaviour and as a sufferer, it's kind of annoying.

Some people with mood disorders (depression or bipolar) have psychotic components thus the behaviors of someone having schizophrenia.
She has mental health and communication issues, but her biggest problem is that terrible husband.
So we just listing random mental illness now. Those have nothing to do with that. Bipolar depression won't have random outbreaks like that and schizophrenia would have more crying than screaming.

It’s textbook psychosis… she definitely needs help. This kind of breakdown can be excruciating for the sufferer, much more than the one witnessing it.

She's banging and screaming for hours. How can the husband say the Plaintiff is the one with "a problem"? His denial is actually the worst part of this case. I don't blame him for his wife's actions. I blame him for doing nothing and saying the Plaintiff is the one "that makes trouble".

I can't watch this. That's unhealed trauma. She's living with unspeakable things that happened in her past. It does't excuse the behaviour, just explains it, and sending out the intention and hope she finds the help and healing she needs.
I do hope the peoples court offers some sort of help for this lady I do feel sorry for her she looks lost like a little kid 😢
Brother u are absolutely right!,saddest case I've seen on PC,n I've seen alot of them,the husband is doing the best he can to help his family,unfortunately he's hurting more than helping,she depressed n mentally unstable,that's why the son lives with him,n he gives her space (which isn't helping) bcuz it can become deadly for their son,the husband can't blame everyone around her/them cuz he's making it ok! They/she needs major counseling,I really feel sorry for the son,seeing his mom like this,I pray this family can get thur this.
Just because someone acts the way some does doesn’t mean there’s “trauma” in the past. Many, many people have unhealed trauma, incidents myself, but we don’t act in any way like her. We don’t terrify and traumatize other people like her. She scares people, just like a possessed person, and no one I know acts that way just because of “unhealed trauma.” Some people just are mentally unstable because of genuine mental problems that isn’t caused by events or something else. Some people are simply truly mentally crazy!

This screams mail order bride and doesn't have access to her own family. She probably wants nothing to do with her own husband and has nobody to turn to. Pair that with a slight language barrier and maybe a mental health issue, she would be very hard to work with.
Or she would at last come our of her shell, finding other ways to express herself, get on medication, maybe be allowed to fly back to her home country. There are many ways to help her that aren't hard work. I feel very sorry for her.

@@mikkayo she didnt scream in the courtroom so how can we know that was her and not her child ? and when was it said that she was arrested on that same particular day that particular screaming was being recorded ? she could have been arrested for being loud on a different day since there were multiple times she was disruptive to the other tenants .
I'm glad the plaintiff won, but I can't help but feel sadness for the woman defendant 😢. She's clearly dealing with mental illness and no one is getting her help and it doesn't appear that she's capable of getting help for herself. I believe the person she really feels abandoned by is her husband 💔

Exactly right that she kept saying she is abandoned by her neighbors and they ignore her but everybody knows it’s not the neighbors job to keep her company or make her feel loved. She has been abandoned by her husband and her child is not living with her. She’s desperately lonely and she probably has severe past trauma, abandonment issues, and certainly ongoing mental issues. 😢

Be grateful that you wake up in your right mind everyday.... I had a neighbor like this in the townhouse I live at and one day the health care worker that helped her asked if I heard her constantly screaming and honestly I never did.... The one time I did she passed away shortly after... People take the fact that they wake up in their right mind as a given.. It's not. The plaintiff was right to win legally... I pray the defendants get help.

@@latishadurbin He seemed to have "dumped" her onto someone else. For one thing he is trying to protect his son. Which makes sense. But another thing is that he is doing nothing. He got her in a regular condo knowing full well that she's crazy. Mail order brides aren't in it for the betterment of the whole family.. only for the satisfaction of the husband. Hes not trying to deal with anything with her. And it's a shame.

If you listen to the defendants wife, she repeats the same exact phrase to the judge and Doug about her behavior. It sounded extremely rehearsed, especially since she didn’t say anything else. I pray she finds the help she needs, she seems terrified.

LORD!!!!! That's a nightmare!!!! I had to tell with noisy upstairs neighbors in my last apartment. When my lease expired management offered to move me to another building. NOPE!!!! I moved to a hotel and stayed there for almost 2 months before buying my first house. Hotel was peaceful and quiet.
I feel great sympathy for that poor woman with her clear troubles, but obviously, it's not fair to the other tenants in the building to have to live with the constant noise.
So they just let her have her own apartment so they don't have to deal with her.. she obviously needs help and supervision. Very upsetting how this was handled. Mental Health Matters.

I remember this case and always wondered what happened to the defendant. She obviously needed psychiatric help, but I don't think there was any way for a non relative to force her to get it and her husband seemed completely disinterested in doing anything useful.
This breaks my heart. Clearly this woman needs help. Her husband's solution is to get her an apartment and forget about her.
I hope the lady, and her jaguar, get the mental health help they need.

Living in a downstairs apartment is the worst. Stomping, dragging, clanging. The worst. I've literally been through it. That's why I now live on the top floor.

The expression on the male defendant's face is a bit strange. In fact, both of them are weird in appearance and behavior. That woman needs a lot of help. God bless their child. JM needs to report this situation to DFCS. At least someone will look into the living situation to check on the safety of the child. "Linda Blair and the Exorcist" is a great description. The sounds coming from that apartment are concerning. My heart goes out to this woman. Something is SO wrong.

I feel bad for everyone involved, here’s the truth. The husband moved out because he didn’t think it was healthy or safe to raise their 10 year old in that type of environment. And the wife she needs help, but they probably can’t afford to get her mental treatment.. and we have these poor neighbors who have to deal with that scary mess
There are definitely avenues available for her & her family to get mental health services .This is beyond sad & scary.

If she was brought over on a fiance or marriage Visa, then her husband will be financially responsible for all her medical and mental care. If she receives any social services then he will be responsible for paying the government back. It's in the Visa agreement that was signed ed to get her over here to the USA. They probably don't have the funds for the help she requires. Hopefully the people 's court can come up with a solution.

This is sooo triggering to watch! I had a similar situation with a neighbor who lived below me! For days in a row, she would scream to the top of lungs in agony and sometimes would say things like “stop it” or “you always do this.” You could hear banging, thumping, and things being thrown around. At one point the screams got so bad, I called the police because I genuinely thought she was being killed! They got there and she ended up just leaving with her presumed abusive boyfriend, but she claimed nothing happened. Till this day, I’m not sure if she was being beaten or if she was mentally ill, but to walk around as if you’re not causing ppl to think you’re being murder in your apartment is INSANE. They eventually moved out shortly after the incident, but the boyfriend was found to have criminal history. At one point before they moved out, he showed up at my front door. I think he somehow knew we called the police even though, there were neighbors on each side of them. I hope she’s doing okay.

@@j3susisthevine exactly. It's so painful to see, especially when you know if she can just get around the right people that have the power of God in them to deliver her she can have a brand new life. A delivered life. She just need the laying of hands on her. I thought about looking for her too and even the husband so he can take her to get help. A lot of the problems we go through are spiritual. You can take her to a hospital yes and they will treat her for a few days and send her home...but if they bring her to Jesus..just one touch whatever it is will be gone at the mention of his name...demons and unclean spirits tremble at the name of Jesus because they no they can no longer stay and occupy the body they are in. We rastle not against flesh and blood. I did screenshot her name in my phone so that I can start praying for her daily and asking God to deliver her. I realize this episode maybe old but I still want to pray for her. ❤️❤️🙏🙏

The defendant needs help I feel so bad for her. She looks scared and lost. I hope she’s able to find the help she needs. This by far is the most disturbing episode of the PPC I’ve seen in a long time. The child is going to need serious help living in that home. This is incredibly disturbing, and we’re not getting even 1/100th of the story here. I knew from the moment they walked in holding hands that things weren’t right. I can understand the husband perhaps downplaying things for tv because the issues are private, but the way that he keeps trying to assert that other tenants have had issues with the plaintiff suggests that he may be downplaying it IRL as well. I know this is an old case, but I pray that this woman got the help that she needed, because this can only get worse. I also feel bad for that plaintiff for having to live through that, but her giggling also made me feel very uncomfortable.
