I think it’s always the bride’s wishes that have to be first priority. If he’s willing to tear her down because of a dress style then he’s not worth it. The first brides dress looked weird with that extra roll of fabric at the top of the "tail". What on earth was that for? Whomever designed it was not in their right mind IMO.
It was rolled up to show what the dress would look like with the lace over the skirt off. No one liked the lace. It didn't come that way. When the dress is made the lace won't be added.
