    Blame-Shifting: Toxic bosses tend to deflect blame onto their team members when things go wrong, rather than taking responsibility themselves. This creates a culture of fear and scapegoating, where employees are afraid to admit mistakes or take risks.
    Unrealistic Expectations: They frequently set unrealistic deadlines and expectations for their teams without considering the resources or time needed to complete tasks effectively. This can result in burnout, stress, and a decline in the quality of work produced.
    Lack of Recognition: Toxic bosses often fail to recognize and appreciate the contributions of their employees. They may take credit for their team's achievements or dismiss their accomplishments altogether, leading to low morale and disengagement.
    Hostile Work Environment: They may create a hostile or toxic work environment through bullying, harassment, or intimidation tactics. This can include belittling employees, making derogatory remarks, or creating a culture of fear and competition.
    Resistance to Feedback: Toxic bosses typically resist receiving feedback or criticism from their employees, viewing it as a threat to their authority or ego. This prevents constructive dialogue and improvement, perpetuating negative behaviors and dynamics within the team.

    If we are trying to save proofs to prove, that environment is toxic. As simple as that. No matter what u show and have, at the end of the day , the higher the role the higher the decision of them considered. So instead wasting time to prove, just move on. Work environment is more important than work!

    I faced these situations at Bank of America , Charlotte as a IT consultant/ contractor .. no visibility , lack of recognition , unrealistic expectations , burn out . Abaddalu kuda e torture tattukoleka vere job move avdam ani offer techukunna, cheppa manager ki contracting cheyanu , Vadu abaddalu cheppadu vellaku ekdaki full time convert chestam ani , work baga cheyinchukuni communication apesadu .Overtime cheyali ani expect chestaru without pay , they take advantage of H1b slavery and blackmail regarding contract extension. Aa manager and supervisor unskilled technically weak but with politics they get promotions then they expect skilled people to work as contractors forever .When we retort, they spread negative feedback . I retorted because I do not have immigration constraints .So I left the job and joined government full time IT job under Americans , now am peaceful stress free.. systematic too.

    Your videos are quite helpful for young software professionals. In India, we have a strange situation where a lot of software professionals are produced each year but the software companies claim that most of them are not employable.
    Toxic work environments are common in white-collar jobs and academia. People are highly individualistic and opinionated. One shouldn't get discouraged by such situations. We all have biases, prejudices, and fears. Try to understand why someone is behaving like that. Instead of arguing with them, If possible do something to make them change their opinions.

      Similar Toxic Manager name is Thigarajan in Tata Projects limited
      But I taken him as challenge to meet his unrealistic targets but he used to show regional discriminating and back ground wrong talks. but working with him around 6 months which improved my working skills and character to survive in my field. maybe that much worst manager definitely I will not get in future.

    I was raised my voice in initial days. But now I realised that all are same and no use. So I am doing my work only upto what level I can do and not much availability to managers. This will help to avoid you as Target to your manager. Everything is silent.

    There is one person called santhosh sk in mysore wipro backup domain. He has been asking sexual favours indirectly for salary hike and promotions. People need to pick his call when he is bored so on. He will be sending facebook request people need to accept else he will create problem for there carrier by false things. And so many more he does. People need to take selfie with him. He is creating slavery kind of thing. People left without complaining on him because they dont want unnecessary dramas so on and even some people resigned without job also
    And he says HR is also afraid of him and he has his manager support for things he is doing. Total abuse of power. Suidal tendency due to his behaviour. All these people are just doing abuse of power. And sycho these people are. When sycho cheap egostic arrogant people get power this is what happens. Abuse of power is true this sycho santhosh sk.
