Happy Valentine’s day everyone 💕 Remember that we must fill our own cups of love first. Then we aren’t thirsty and don’t NEED someone else to fill them up for us. There’s nothing wrong with being your own Valentine! Self-love is extremely important. It’s when your cup is overflowing that you get to share that love with someone else.

Just got into my 1st big fight last weekend with my babe. We are both working on healing this is so helpful. We really love each other and both acknowledged we have to work on communication and aggression

This was really interesting. One thing I find helps is to acknowledge and even repeat how actions or situations makes someone feel

All of these points are very valuable I've been there. It absolutely kills me when nothing is gained from a discussion. I want to know what the problem is and how we may come up with a solution that fits both of our personalities.
