Right on! But I think there is an odd issue with the rights to the Japanese version of Kong because you never see official licensed Kong figures anymore from 1962-1966.
I really hope this means we'll eventually see Godzilla vs Gigan, Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla and Terror of Mechagodzilla from Mezco, that would be awesome in my opinion.

I'm gonna look for this in Akihabara when I visit Japan in 2024. Gojira vs. Hedorah is definetly a goofy kaiju movie but not as goofy as Terror of Mechagojira

Thanks for checking it out! Good idea about the blu-tack to help hold the eggs. But it's the principle of making these kitchen sink sets and just leaving out a pretty iconic element which could have easily been achieved. Their Destroy All Monsters set left out Varan, Manda, and Komonga too.
First of all join the private collector groups on facebook. That way you can stay updated on what is available and get heads up on preorders. Kaiju Live, AwesmeCollector, Big Bad Toy Store, and SideShow Collictibles are all great places to pick up new figures. Or you can order direct from Japan from the Godzilla Store or the RIC Shonen Xplus site.
Hmm... i guess i should have checked, i was expecting different arms or hands for hedorah's eyeballs. i might have to just do a permanent modification. cut the hands off, angle them different, glue back on and glue the eyeballs into the hands and do a bit of touch up with putty and paint. otherwise, what do you do with the eyeballs? just set them on the shelf by his feet?
Mine are in a zip lock bag (with all the other accessories) nearby. Yeah, kinda a missed opportunity to not have them attach to Godzillas hands in some way. Such an iconic scene film.
