    Hello my beautiful friends...this video has been my most requested video...Please read all annotations in this video...I cover many things in them...as always, I suggest you research as much as you can from reputable sources...this is not always UA-cam...THIS IS MY WAY OF SUCCESSFULLY doing my DERMA ROLLER! LEARN WHAT EACH NEEDLE SIZE DOES. DO NOT DO DAILY!
    CLEANSE YOUR DERMAROLLER with RUBBING ALCOHOL...Some will also cleanse their skin with rubbing alcohol, this is not a bad thing...my skin cannot handle it...I cleanse my skin without any creams or oils...I use a glycolic wash and that is it...I have in the past~ when doing my deep needle cleansed with alcohol..BE SMART! Some Dermatologist will say yes to Retin A use after treatment, some will say NO...again, a personal decision to make.

    I watched about six other Derma Roller UA-cam posts and you are BY FAR the most thorough, sensible and appropriate teacher of any out there. I was appalled by what some of those individuals were telling their viewers. So, thank you for the lessons and I'm going to try this procedure. I also am growing out my gray hair (finally after 41 years of coloring it!!) and this all feels like a new chapter in my life. Take care, Tammy.

    Yes thank you very much for your video! I have found that a lot of the other ladies either 1)I couldn't understand them because they were speaking so fast. 2) They weren't speaking loud enough. I understand that some of the ladies have accents and some are a little harder to understand however this young lady has an accent and I was able to understand her perfectly! She spoke at a great pace, was clear and wasn't all monotone with complete run-on sentences. Anyways you are a great teacher!!!!!!!!!!!!

    THANK YOU BEAUTIFUL! 😍🤗 I've never done anything like this before. I am a very patient person so I trust myself to try this. I'm going to watch your video again and take notes on the needles size and times it should be used as well as purchase the products suggested to remind me when I'm doing this.😉☺
    I'm 45 yrs old with light skin and I'm starting to see a difference in my skin. I know that I should start doing more than I'm doing now to improve the quality of my skin. I don't do much except rub fresh avocado and grapeseed oil to my skin daily (morning & night--It's all my mom always did & she looks great at age 77!). I feel I need more for my skin.
    Thank you for always being honest and extremely thorough in your videos. I appreciate you and what you do for us.😊😉 I feel blessed to have found your you tube channel.🤗😍 Other women I found for mature skin/women, made me feel like I was getting ugly with age! I'm not one to feel bad about aging but watching them was making me feel awful.
    😍You my beautiful friend, make me feel like I already do, I embrace whatever new stage of life God brings me to. Thank you & God bless you & Lou my sweet sister! 😍🤗
    😆🤗Looking forward to positive results with your teachings! 🤗😆

    Good advice, thank you. I would add that it’s important to keep the needles sharp by not letting them come into contact with a hard surface, like glass (when disinfecting the roller). Even laying it on a countertop could blunt the needles over time.

      necessary? Also be said no actives right after only an emoliant like vaseline. Vitamin C would burn I use Paula's choice everyday an my face must be damp or it burns a bit.

    Tammy, I know I am late to the party, but this was a wonderful video. I was Derma Rolling about a year ago. I was very cautious and did everything, except hold my skin. Since my father was placed in Assisted Living, I backed off. I visit him every night and spend my Saturdays and Sundays with him. I do my nightly routine before I go see him during the weeknights and am pretty exhausted by the time I bring him back on Sunday. I'm going to start again after watching this video. Your tips were wonderful and I trust you wholeheartedly. You are the best and you skin looks absolutely fabulous. You are such a beautiful woman (inside and out). What an amazing video. I'm blown away. I thought this was a home procedure I was going to skip. I didn't think it was something I wanted to try. But, now I'm going to do it with the 0.5. You gave so much in depth advice to help us do it safely. Wow, I'm glad I didn't try it before learning all of this. Until I'm comfortable, I'm going to do it along with this video. Thank you, so much for your loving care of us, your peeps and your friends.

    I think you did a fabulous job explaining it. You covered everything I was going to ask! I watched another video and was horrified to see her rolling her face like she was rolling out a pie crust. I've only done it a few times with a .5 and I'll stick with it awhile longer. My forehead is the most sensitive for me so I was amazed that you could do a 1 without pain.

    Hi Tammy:) A lovely video, as usual:) another one to add to the skincare Bible:) I have been using dermaroller for about 2 years. Using similar products and sometimes throwing in peptides serum. Wanted to ask how many uses, in your opinion, we can get from a dermaroller before the needles go dull? Thank you:)

    I just wanted to say thank you for being so specific and for all the reality of using this product. It is so important that people are cautious and know how to properly use, clean and treat something that is opening up the skin lest something untoward enter the blood stream. I am grateful for your in depth real perspective and advice!
    Thank you, thank you, thank you

    Tammy I am so happy you made this video. Please never hesitate to do one ever again because you are without a doubt one of the best in sharing your techniques in these type of areas!! Wow I am amazed at some of the things I learned about this. I got a M.T. Roller Micro-Needle-Roller Size (1.0mm). This Dermaroller sounds just like the one you have and looks like it as well. I used it a few times but I never thought of doing it the way you did it! Omg what a wonderful way to do it. It’s going to make a much better way I think. First of all it’s not going to be pulling against the skin as much. The other thing I learned is putting on the Vit C and not putting on the other after. Your so right! Many of us have skin allergies, especially as we age. The skin starts to get thin and break down and it just can’t take all the harshness. I so appreciate you taking your time and explaining all that you have because there are so many wonderful things you have taught for us to try and now it’s going to be more fun and doing it at night too. That to me is a home run! May the Good Lord continue to bless you and your family! Have a great 2020! 🌸

I have more control with the derma roller. Love ya'. 💕💕💕💕

    This is a great tutorial. Thank you! I use 0.25 every evening and the 0.5 once a week. I don't use anything higher than that. Maybe I will one day but I'm not ready for that yet. Your video showed me valuable technique. I was only doing horizontal and vertical - sometimes diagonal - and I wasn't counting 1,2,3,4 - I was just running the darn thing all over my face. I will watch my technique from now on!

      Beauty By Anne-Marie Hi Anne! Love your channel and watch your dermarolling too. I put question for Tammy but I'd like your opinion too. Do you find that your skin gets super dry after dermarolling? I did 0.5 for a while but my skin became SO dry and dehydrated. My face would flake and my lips were like prunes. Any advice?

    • @TammysAgelessBeauty
      @TammysAgelessBeauty  7 років тому +17

      That is absolutely normal for the skin to feel dry...I use Hyaluronic acid for that very reason...:))You can also wait an hour for the channels to close and apply a very rich cream with no fragrance ...neosporin is also a good option to layer on ...the ointment will give a moist feeling...

    Omg I used a 1mm ( I think that was it) on my face regularly and the skin next to my nose now has some really weird bumps, not zits that are hard. They are not noticeable unless I stretch out the skin there. I have no idea what it is or if it will ever go away. I'm 100% positive that roller cause it. Other than this I actually loved what it did for the rest of my face...So I just wanted everyone be aware things like this could happen...

    Love this video , but all your skin care products are pricy can you p,lease give us some suggestions that is a less expensive alternative, I ask you this cause I’m not tying to be cheap , but I have a fur baby that was recently diagnosed was diabetes, and if you know anything about this disease which I hope you never will, it’s expensive With regular vet visit and vet blood glucose curve tests done by the vet and , insulin 2 times a day for life and the cost of needles , I’m going broke here and to add insult to injury this awful disease made him blind , I’m heart broken here , , but my fur baby comes before me or my makeup or my skin care , my little Oliver comes first , he’s has my heart and soul , I know you understand.

    • @randomroses1494
      @randomroses1494 4 роки тому

      rosalia6119 This advice is wrong - According to an actual dermatologist on UA-cam, you can use the cheap ones from eBay.
      Just keep them very very clean or throw away after one use. Never use more than 0.5 as you can permanently damage certain nerves at the sides of your face .
      DO NOT GO LARGER.
      JUST DON’T!

    This is the most informative and helpful video about dermarolling that I have seen! My issues with dermarolling: I find it very uncomfortable, even with .5, and even with a lydocaine cream. It's very hard to tolerate. Also, I work full time and often need to run errands on the weekend. It's a challenge to plan and schedule a night to dermaroll followed by a full day indoors. But this video has inspired me to commit to doing it, despite the challenges.
