I've worked in skin care as an aesthetician for 10 years....I wish more of my clients were more like you! I have my hands on a person for 90 minutes every 6-8 weeks, it's what you do for your home care that is going to make the biggest difference.

Tammy, you are my hero! I have so much fun watching your videos, you make me laugh! I am 62 and have tried to be very faithful in my skincare routine. People think I am in my 40's. I have always done cream masks but have only done face masks every once in a while, actually it has been years since I have done a paper mask. Since watching you,(you are so inspiring!) I am going to start incorporating paper masks into my routine! Want that steamer, will ask for it for Christmas! Before you even finished your video, I put you on pause and was on Sephora's website and had it in my basket. I figured I am a VIB so I get shipping for free. I am so excited to get this. I am a masking and gunk masks on my face addict because if you...my skin has never looked better so I thank you! I completely agree with you. I don't believe my skin would looks as good as it does it I didn't start young at taking care of my skin. When I turned 16 my mother stresses to me I needed always take care of my skin. She took me to our local dept. store and I bought all Clinique skincare and makeup. Since then I have always stuck with a good line of skincare and tried to stay out of the sun. But, CMT, you have given me so many tips and great advice I will take with me to my grave. For anyone who hasn't tried the Shiseido cotton pads, go buy them now!!! They are like nothing else and I will never be without them. Thank you CMT for being on here and being your wonderful self. My sister was in a clinical study for this steamer. I was not sure what to think but I LOVE it! It worked wonders for her & when I borrowed it I was hooked ! I am thinking of buying one for myself. I find that you are a VERY lovely woman and I hope I age as gracefully as you. I most appreciate how natural you are, I see a lot of women who use botox or get surgeries and they look aweful but you just look fabulous.

So glad that I saw this video- got one & have been using it with great success. It is a terrific setup, with great ability to adjust it to suit the location that you are sitting or laying in. I was came down with a crazy cough & this was the only thing that allowed me to clear my sinuses & rest- love the auto shut off feature. Great with sheet masks. I did it laying down, putting a towel over my pillow & it worked great. Stellar- Thank you Tammy!!!

Thank u for this video CMT! I am an esthetician but not working anywhere right now, & I have really been missing the steamer in my treatment room. This looks like it could be a great substitute for home use. I had to laugh because I was right there with u thinking, hmmm. That would be perfect if u could redirect the nozzle & adjust the angle…then VOILA! :D

Used my Dr Gross steamer for the first time tonight for the full 20 minutes, & discovered an added benefit. For years I've suffered from extreme dry eye & use Dr prescribed medication to alleviate the problem. However, the drops burn my eyes, I swear making the itchy, scratchy pain worse. The steam actually relieved the irritation & for the first time in ages I feel normal with clear vision. For this reason alone I'll use the steamer a few times a week.

I am itching to know what all you keep in the three containers by your tub. I see the Redken hair stuff. If you can't think of what to tape next, how about what you keep by your tub? There sure are a lot of containers. :-)

I've had one professional facial. It used steam and the Dermalogica Ultra Calming products - amazing. I had no idea my skin could undergo such a transformation in one hour. I've used the UC line ever since (1 year now) and couldn't be more pleased with it, though haven't acquired a steamer yet. Great vid to introduce people to steamers.

I had a ton of ironing to do today so I borrowed your idea and put a face and hair mask on while I did it. The constant steam from the iron worked a treat :)) we know how to multi task lol

On the flip side of anti-aging, I'm 20 with oily, acne prone skin. My skin is so acne prone that I have to use a strong retinol daily, which dries my skin out. So, when I'm using my topical medicine, I have oily, acne prone skin with dry patches. This steamer was a GAME CHANGER!! I use it after I put my acne medicine on so that it really sinks into the skin and I moisturize afterwards, and my skin is so clear and supple with less oil than I've ever had in my life. Incredible investment worth every penny!

I have one of these. Actually I was a product tester for Dr. Gross. I also love it! It's so easy to use and effective. I've never had a facial, but I can now do one at home.
Love my steamer. I've had it for a couple of years now. I use it at least once a week, on Saturday morning, when I do my 'long' facial. I have never done it with the sheet mask on, I usually put on one of my serums (I have a few from Dermaquest that I love) and then steam away! You are going to love it, especially on a chilly winter day :)

Nice video, Tammy. I bought my steamer about a year ago and can't live without it. It took me a while to find it as I wanted it to provide hot and cold steam: I love to alternate warm and cold mist.
I particularly enjoy my steamer in the winter months when the air at home is too dry from the central heating system.
Have you thought of aromatherapy? I don't know if your machine can do this, but you might want to try if the end "head" (the one that rotates ;) can be opened to insert a piece of cotton with a few drops of essential oil. Needless to say, do not put essential oils directly in the water tank as it would damage your steamer. But I know you are a sensible girl :)
I have never used my steamer with a mask on, but now I will sure try... preferably with a chocolate mask, lol. Enjoy your home spa ! Bisous.
