It can but other things can cause the abs and tc light to pop-up on the dash so the best thing to do is get it checked out to see what's really causing the warning lights.try not to guest fix because it might cause you more in the long run. From experience if your lights stays on you might have a broken wire in your abs system or a bad abs module.if it only comes on sometimes you might have a short in your wires. Check your speed sensor on your axles for broken are loose wires make sure the harness or plug in properly. Flex the wires to see if they cause any change on your dash.try and trace back the wires to under the catwalk and check related abs wires there.
@@truckingpaysthebills5394 my abs light is on, my traction control light is on, and the display near the mileage says "abs module". In the back in front of the 5th wheel there is a piece that looks like yours leaking from the bottom. Scanned the codes on the computer and it says all four wheels in the back have abs issue. Sounds to coincidental for that to happen. I was thinking the part that is leaking might be the issue causing the lights on the dash?
@@Echoscreen33 if it say all 4 wheels in the back have abs issues then it might be the abs model because i can't imagine all four of them having issues independently.
@@Echoscreen33 they are normally located infront of the passenger seat under the panels nearest to the door. Check yout fuse and relays. Its a good idea to swap fuse and relays with others in your fuse panel.
Hello, when you had this problems were you having your brakes stay stuck?
No, I didn't had stuck brakes. Is your brake pedal stuck in the down position, or your brakes are getting locked up when you apply the brakes?
@@truckingpaysthebills5394 so I have 2015 prostar, but the part you listed in Amazon it says it’s for a Volvo, does it make any difference?
@@Oscarcon453 it will work for international
I need help bro. Mine is leaking in the front as well how do I know the one in the back is making it leak? Is there a way?
You need a scanner to diagnose it. Take it to the dealer, the mom and pop shop will only guess, and 50% of the tire it's something else.
Will this cause the abs and tc light to be on on the dash?
