I'm not a mechanic but I think you mean tractor brake relay valve, not traction relay? It would probably help more people to have the right title on the video. Maybe I'm wrong, like I say I'm not a mechanic.
I'm not sure the part number but I got it in a truck parts shop in Virginia I went to look for the part but they had the rebuild kid so I think most places have them

Repair kit #BW102802N... that's the part number....I had the same issue and it's back order...they are talking about months...
