On a coated car would you suggest not to use cleanse soap regularly? My thinking is why not use a soap that really cleans to remove most of the traffic film / dirt prior to the hand wash

Cleanse is perfectly safe to use as often as you want. It works great on coated vehicles and won’t harm the coating at all. So we definitely like your idea!

If you have a car that’s not ceramic coated, is there any risk to using Cleanse regularly? Meaning will it dry out or damage the trim over time?

No it’s completely safe no risk at all. We would suggest using ceramic snow once or twice a month in your wash procedure to add some easy protection while washing! Thanks for watching.
