One of the genuinely nice people in the world. I introduced my son to him at a Con, and my son said, "How did you do that quarter trick (in Click) ?" Mr. Winkler pulls out THE quarter and does the trick! I'm sure he gets asked all the time, but he made my son feel like he was the only one. Just a great human being. If only all celebrities were this nice.
I love that, what an awesome memory for him.
Now I hope to meet him someday. He does seem like a great guy.
Have met Henry several times over the years, at autograph shows. Always, without a doubt, one of the genuinely nicest guys you'll ever meet! So kind & So sweet!

I never understood the use of "..." after every sentence. It's makes it sound like everything you say is something you don't really care about and that your tone is monotonous. Just end sentences with a single dot.

That's horrible. I discovered my dyslexia was stemmed from abuse and not enough attention from my parents.
After i dealt with it, all of my dyslexia vanished. And various times in school they made an error sticking me in brainer classes and i did extremely well and dyslexia didn't occur.
Winkler has said in several interviews that if he hadn't of made in in Happy day's he'd have end up working for his father selling lumber, said with a look of almost terror in his eyes like you couldn't get any lower in life, they always give things away about themselves when they try to just be themselves, him being himself is suggesting anyone who isn't a wealthy actor is a failure, or at least that's how it comes across, I guess it comes from years of having a fantastically well paid job you absolutely love doing, where the public only ever see the finished product, all the mistakes and tantrums end up on the cutting room floor, It's a world of pure fantasy

This man is in his mid 70s, and can move around like that. My grandpa's the same way. The guy NEVER sits down for very long, and is ALWAYS outside workin on something. I remember asking my grandma before she died 4 years ago "How does grandpa always have so much energy? He never sits down". She walked up to cupboard, opened it, and pointed at the top shelf, where there was like 8 bottles of different vitamins. I was 23 at the time, and didn't have the energy he had, and probably STILL has.
Such a warm man, even his name makes you smile...Henry Winkler! Just say it and you will smile. It's like saying sunshine teddy bears!
I truly respect this man. Overcame his Dyslexia and has given back to the community. Henry is very decent man.

It was all about happy days in my home back in the day. And "the fonz" was my favorite. Love love love Henry winkler what an icon. And when he was the principal in the scream movie mr himbry i loved the movie even more after that. And what an entrance wow! I miss happy days ao much. Now there's a show they should put on netflix cuz netflix isn't that great anymore but it would be if happy days was on there to watch.

I bought seasons 3-5 on Amazon for about $12 each very inexpensive for all the laughs, and watch them religiously. Season 6 is also out for the same price and probably will be purchasing that soon too. They don’t make comedy like that anymore.
@@MS-rj8dp thank you for your comment. I found out they have a boxed set of all seasons of happy days at walmart it's over 100 dollars but well worth the money if you have it. And i purchased them because that is something i want to have in my collevtion of dvds and you are 100% correct they don't make comedy like this anymore. It's one of the best purchases i ever made.

Who remembers the episode when he went blind? He and Richie had the bust up at the dinner table. Superb all round acting and is still emotional now after all these years.
That was a great episode, “Fonzie’s Blindness”, but to be clear, this was not the episode where he danced.

Henry Winkler is one of the nicest guys around. My daughter was five years old and was a big Happy Days fan. She invited him to her birthday party and we actually got a rsvp letter from him. Classy classy man. He is our families " Uncle Henry"

When my daughter was five years old, she and my husband went to Cleveland ComCon in February 2015. As my daughter was walking through the facility and turned a corner, her and Henry Winkler bumped into each other. He stops and talks to my daughter for a few minutes....doesn't even acknowledge my husband-- and he's totally cool with it. He was happy and thought it was awesome that Winkler was a sweetheart with our daughter!

A little late to the party, but Henry Winkler made such an impression on me as little child growing up in the early 70s in rural rural small town Malaysia. If you had to look cool, it had to be like the Fonz yknow? And he's so nice and warm and caring and kind in real life???
