ハーバード大学経営大学院修士課程修了。1985年株式会社熊平製作所入社。新規事業開発に従事。日本マクドナルド創業者藤田田氏と共に新規事業開発に取り組んだ後、株式会社エイテッククマヒラを設立し、企業変革推進およびリーダーシップ開発のコンサルテーションを行う。現在は活動を広げ、昭和女子大学キャリアカレッジ学院長としてダイバーシティ・働き方改革を推進。一般財団法人クマヒラセキュリティ財団では幼稚園・小学校向けにピースフルスクールプログラムを展開。昨年には一般社団法人21世紀学び研究所を立ち上げ、教育のエコシステムを企業と共に創る活動を開始。Teach For Japan 、Learning For All、Ashoka JapanなどNPO活動にも参画。
Mika Kumahira | CEO of Atech Kumahira Co., Ltd.
Mika Kumahira entered Kumahira Co., Ltd. in 1985, where she gained experience in start-up business development. After working on start-up business development together with McDonald’s Japan founder Den Fujita, she founded Atech Kumahira Co., Ltd., which provides consultation on corporate transformation promotion and leadership development. Currently, she also promotes diversity and reformation of working styles as the head of Showa Women’s University Career College. At the Kumahira Security Foundation, Ms. Kumahira offers an education program called the Peaceful School Program for elementary schools. She has also begun collaborating with private firms to create an education ecosystem through her activities such as founding the 21st Century Learning Laboratory in 2016. She is involved in numerous non-profit organizations such as Teach for Japan, Learning For All, and Ashoka Japan.
Mika Kumahira holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx
