The title, and the way he sings it, is an homage to Jamaican reggae singer Barrington Levy, who had a song of the same name. Ren's music is deeply influenced by reggae - he has an incredible ability to merge reggae with hip-hop, he has such a feel for how the rhythms can merge together, and create something new

Nah, this car is their friend Jake's car (and he's donning the Pig Mask this time instead of Vik as Vik is on the roof helping the lifting) while the car in "What Went Wrong?" was Josh Stiles' car, their resident gofer and also the one who filmed a lot of The Big Push / Ren busking sessions (They talked about that video and the car on a twitch stream some time ago with Ren, Sam & Josh).

This whole album and the videos were prepared before he went to Canada.
That way he could release them while he is getting his medical treatment.

What a great reaction. Definitely got my sub! You really should check out his three new releases (Love Music Pt. 4, Down on the beat, Masochist). They are hiphop but all three are wildly different. And it's a different side of Ren, he's way more vulgar and brutal on them, but it's all in good fun. You can hear that he's just having fun doing something he loves. And there are still deep meanings and messages within these songs, they are just different.
